**What do you like best about RafterOne (formerly PixelMEDIA, GearsCRM, & Docmation)?**

They have their own accelerators for Salesforce which really helped in implementation and made the entire process smooth and fast as well.

**What do you dislike about RafterOne (formerly PixelMEDIA, GearsCRM, & Docmation)?**

It's a merger of 3 companies so sometimes some departments do work in silos

**What problems is RafterOne (formerly PixelMEDIA, GearsCRM, & Docmation) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rafterone has a range of offerings in the digital space and I wouldn't classify it as an agency but more of a preferred Salesforce partner since they have done a lot of successful Salesforce implementations.
