What do you like best about raffle AI?

Raffle AI chatbot and search offer an incredibly user-friendly service and platform, both on the frontend and backend. The answers provided to users are generally well-balanced and accurate. In addition, the content gap function, which gives an overview of potential errors and optimization opportunities in the backend, is an excellent tool that provides the backend administrator with a clear overview and hands-on capability to optimize the system. What do you dislike about raffle AI?

One of the overall challenges in working with chatbots and semantic search is the complexity and the deeper understanding of the technology. What do you like best about raffle AI?

Raffle.ai delivers a more accurate search experience for our users and we have also lauched their chatbot to assist our members with basic questions about logging in etc.

Raffle.ai has significantly improved our search capabilities, providing more accurate results across both keyword and free text queries. The AI driven summaries are a clear usability upgrade, offering more actionable insights that help us better understand our users’ needs.

Our collaboration with Raffle.ai has also been strong. They are responsive, open to feedback, and proactive in refining the product based on real user behavior.

What do you like best about raffle AI?

Frederikshavn Municipality switched from a traditional search engine to the Raffle AI-based search platform on January 1, 2022. Through user testing at the time, we could see that traditional search provided incomplete answers. With Raffle, visitors to the website receive precise answers, and AI ensures that the most relevant results related to the search term appear first in the search results.

For us, it has been important that the Raffle solution is self-operating. Through the back end, you can easily get an overview of content gaps and fine-tune a wide range of things. Our experience is that the effort required from us is minimal. We focus on the content and our CMS system.

Over the nearly four years we have had Raffle, the solution has become better and better. We now also use the chat function, which most often provides very useful answers and helps our users move forward. The chat function feels like a dialogue and is therefore a great supplement to search, where you are presented with a list of search results.

Raffle saves us a lot of time in the web editorial team and has completely eliminated routine work related to creating keywords and search terms.

Raffle is user-friendly – both for us and for the website’s visitors. It compensates for spelling mistakes, and in the chat you can write in any language and receive answers in the same language. This is a great help for visitors who do not have Danish as their mother tongue.

We can definitely recommend Raffle, also based on the close contact we have with them. They are very helpful, always receptive to input, and do their utmost to accommodate our wishes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about raffle AI?

Our website is avaliable 24/7, thanks to Raffle AI. It's easy to find answers during and after business hours. The combination of the search tool and the chat is perfect for us, the users can choose which they prefer to use.

We get loads of time to spend on other important things instead of phone calls, both easy and more difficult cases are cleared on the website instead of a phone call.

What do you like best about raffle AI?

Raffle's AI Search is extremely easy for our website visitors to use, and the results speak for themselves — we see a 60% click-through rate and handle around 750 search requests per month. The setup process required some coordination between our web developer and Raffle's team, but once live, the tool has required very little ongoing maintenance. Visitors consistently find what they're looking for, and we can step in to tweak results when needed. Their support is responsive and efficient, and although we currently only use the search feature, we're optimistic about the potential of their 'Summary' and 'Chat' tools in the future. What do you dislike about raffle AI?

The cost is on the higher end, which made us expect a white-label experience from the start — something we had to specifically request. We've also had the occasional report from visitors who couldn’t find certain content, so the coverage isn’t flawless yet. - Tools serve as an extension for handling first-line customer inquiries, reducing the workload for our front office colleagues.

- Customers sometimes indicate that they do not receive the desired answer to a question they asked. The response generated based on the web scrape is not always accurate. Fortunately, the tool offers the option to manually formulate an answer to submitted questions. Additionally, the tool evolves every day, resulting in increasingly accurate responses.

- Occasionally, there are issues with downtime, for example when using the search tool. This tool is also used by our front office colleagues to quickly formulate answers and visit web pages.
