The response generated based on the web scrape is not always accurate. Fortunately, the tool offers the option to manually formulate an answer to submitted questions. Additionally, the tool evolves every day, resulting in increasingly accurate responses. - Occasionally, there are issues with downtime, for example when using the search tool. What problems is raffle AI solving and how is that benefiting you? Every year, we are praised for our customer service, where a personal assistant is immediately available to help. Initially, the use of Raffle felt odd with our core values. However, Raffle has since proven its value and has become an extension of our organization, helping to relieve our Front Office colleagues by handling first-line questions from our customers and website visitors. As a result, more time is available for personal contact with customers, during which second- and third-line questions can be addressed, allowing us to uphold our core values.
