**What do you like best about RaeNotes?**

The most helpful thing about RaeNotes is the accuracy of its transcription software. It means that I can spend less time double checking and correcting errors and more time getting on with my day.

**What do you dislike about RaeNotes?**

I think the thing that is tough sometimes is that it doesn't differentiate perfectly between two speakers and sometimes attributes text to one speaker that actually belongs to another.

**What problems is RaeNotes solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RaeNotes is helping me to solve the problem of transcribing therapy sessions and marking different aspects of the therapeutic process in a way that another person can easily follow and emulate.
