"Comprehensive Shield for Web Applications"
5/5
What do you like best about Radware Cloud WAF?

Honestly, the biggest win with Radware Cloud WAF is how incredibly comprehensive its protection is. It's not just checking off the boxes for the OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities (which it does, beautifully, against things like SQL injection and cross-site scripting), but it also feels like it's always a step ahead with zero-day protection. That's a huge peace of mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Radware Cloud WAF?

First off, the initial setup and fine-tuning can be a beast. While the automation is great after it's configured, getting there, especially for complex or highly customized applications, can feel like climbing a steep mountain. It requires a pretty deep understanding, and creating those custom rules isn't always straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

These features, combined with Radware’s continuous policy refinement and support, make it a powerful solution for safeguarding modern web applications and APIs. Easy to implement & integrate. I use it almost daily to monitor and analyze traffic. Great experience with customer support as well, my queries were addressed in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Radware Cloud WAF?

I’ve experienced a few service disruptions, including a global outage that impacted critical URLs and portal access. It was resolved, but it did raise concerns about reliability during high-stakes periods.

I find the SSL certificate provisioning and renewal process a bit cumbersome, and the API documentation could be more detailed—it makes advanced configuration harder than it should be.

Need more customization in reporting and dashboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
