Be able to quickly use the ADC Alteon platform and start enabling balancing and security schemes. It only takes a few minutes and the platform is fully operational

What problems is Radware Alteon Application Delivery and Security solving and how is that benefiting you?

Enable balancing schemes and offer availability to the servers of the same virtualization platform, since protecting virtual servers forces the traffic to be diverted to another communications platform, in the Alteon platform this is applied on the same virtualization and additionally the security protection scheme. it is easy to use. We could paste configs into command line interface. Friendly user interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Radware Alteon Application Delivery and Security?

If the proxy ip and real server ip are not in the same segment. Add a route is required. There are several default gateways on one device which confused me a lot. Secondly, when I set virtual service, I left real server port blank. As a result, it will override the the port of real server, which confused me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Radware was mostly used for just plan load balancing because each time we tried to make it works with additional features it doesn't work as expected Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's an stable product once you have managed to configure it and works fine in the GSLB area Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Radware Alteon Application Delivery and Security?

Too complicated to configure and it's not straightforward. Configuration file are difficult to read with a lot of duplicated fields and so it's difficult to replicate part of the configuration for automatic creation of similar balances Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not a lot of presence on Spain, so difficult to get support or help Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
