**What do you like best about Radius AE?**

This is the first CRM I have worked with at a university. This program makes it easy to manage follow-up with students at all levels in the marketing funnel. 

**What do you dislike about Radius AE?**

The system is not necessarily easily to navigate. I must click on a contact name to take me back to another screen instead of moving from application to contact to emails. The steps are not interchangeable. 

**What problems is Radius AE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The system keeps us on track with the order we need to follow-up with prospective students. Additionally, I can review contact my colleagues or former employees may have had with an individual student.
