Radd is an AI customer support agent that learns only from a business's own website, PDFs, spreadsheets and FAQs, then answers customers 24/7 on the website widget, a direct chat link and WhatsApp. It says it doesn't know instead of guessing, so it never invents prices or policies, and hands the chat to a human when needed. It answers in Arabic, English, Spanish and French, captures leads, books appointments and sends a weekly report of what customers asked and what it couldn't answer.
