RADCOM ACE is a cloud-native, automated service assurance and intelligent analytics platform that gives telecom operators end-to-end visibility from the RAN to the core across 3G, 4G, and 5G standalone (SA) and non-standalone (NSA) networks. Fully containerized and deployable from lab to nationwide scale, it samples, filters, and load-balances massive traffic volumes across multiple clouds while proactively monitoring, predicting, and troubleshooting issues with AI/ML-powered root-cause analysis, anomaly detection, and insights into encrypted traffic. Real-time, per-subscriber analytics enable engineering, operations, and customer care teams to ensure the customer experience and resolve issues faster. Built-in data analytics functions (NWDAF, MDAF, RAN-DAF) enable closed-loop automation, and ACE serves as the trusted data foundation for agentic AI, delivering up to 50% faster mean time to resolution, a 30% more efficient network, and a 45% lift in first-call resolution.
