Previously I'd have said that more integrations would have been helpful, but they recently launched an integration with Zapier that's made a massive difference (for example, we can get Slack notifications for myInterview video responses now). It's making the early stages of screening much easier by giving us a chance to get to know candidates better. They can complete the interviews at a time that's convenient to them, and our team can review them asynchronously. I love that you can contact candidates to invite them to your booth before the event so that they show up. I also like that the technology is very easy to use and I do not get any glitches while using the system. I can hear everyone very clearly, and also, they send you an email after the event with a spreadsheet of ALL the attendees so that you can follow up with them after. I don't really dislike much other than the first time I set it up, I found it to be a bit confusing, but then got some help along the way and second time it was a charm. In fact, I found this virtual career fair to be a lot better than an in person because I was able to quickly assess and invite talent that I wanted to invite and they specifically came to my booth if this was a mutual fit for them too.
