**What do you like best about Radancy?**

Ascendify offers a user-friendly, highly configurable ATS + CRM that also merges a host of other cutting edge technology (eg AI driven Search and Engagement, Career Sites, SMS) all in package for users. Compared to other products that either offer a solid CRM that requires additional integrations or more advanced AI products with a poor CRM, Ascendify can provide company can provide a wide array of functionality all in 1 package. They have a very regular release schedule, introducing new features and upgrading existing features multiple times a year. Their service and support is unparralled and are incredibly responsive when it comes to both general support and adapting the product to their customer's needs.

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

While Ascendify is regularly updating and improving their platform, some elements of the basic functionality could be improved. While the platform is incredibly user-friendly and responsive, some aspects of the system feel outdated, particularly as newer, more modern functionality is introduced.

**What problems is Radancy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ascendify helps both our internal users and customers more effectively source, manage pipelines and build engaged talent communities. A number of the new features have enabled users to automate a number of the processes that would often slow down the sourcing process while also offering candidates a great experience throughout the process. This efficiency has helped reduced overall costs but also helped us reduce costs by reducing the number of additional vendors we need to contract with to provide our users with the functionality they expect.

**What do you like best about Radancy?**

I love that the  Brazen platform allowed me to review the transcripts of engagements after the chats closed with candidates. I also really loved that it provided a complete view of all resumes, allowed me to pause and draft summary notes, and selected when I was available to continue chatting. This is the best platform I have used as a recruiter to engage candidates virtually. I highly recommend it.

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

No real dislikes. I would recommend Brazen to provide quick user videos and perhaps add a feature that allows you to message participants directing after chats have closed.

**What problems is Radancy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides an alternative for quick virtual engagement making the days of the in-person job fair obsolete

**What do you like best about Radancy?**

MyInterview has been outstanding in saving us time in the wild west that is Blockchain Engineering. We can see how the person communicates, How they react to the questions. It's even been handy in catching out people who were fake or not based within the USA as they were claiming.

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

We did have a few technical issues along the way, Not from our side but candidates telling us the videos wouldn't upload or the sound wasn't working etc. We directed them to MyInterview and issues were resolved without problem, Normally it's something on the candidate's side and not the fault of MyInterview.

**What problems is Radancy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's made filtering out candidates a dream, For the internal recruitment team but mainly the hiring managers who have enjoyed watching these instead of basing a decision on a resume alone. We actually hired someone that on paper we would not have.

I love their talent finder features which is an open web search that automatically can give you thousands of qualified candidates, even for hard to fill roles in hard to fill places.  Their customer service is also OUTSTANDING! Great partners for our large organization.

I honestly don't dislike much of anything in the tool.

We utilize Ascendify to attract, source, and engage with candidates and potential candidates. They help us solve for diversity initiatives, apply process, talent community, and sourcing!

Interviews can take a long time because candidates answer questions without being concise. This platform does not allow them to, and rather they need to think really carefully about a question and answer it as quickly and as effectively as possible.

**What do you like best about Radancy?**

What I like the best about this software is that it is available for free. The free edition has fair bit features and I was impressed from it from the day one. Interviewing has never been so simple. Just write the questions and invite the candidates and in the next couple of days, all interviews are lined up in front to review.

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

There are some missing features like customizations in the invite and automations. Custom integrations do not work properly with the self-service option which suggests that there is some linkage point missing. There were some technical glitches as well that were noticable.

**Recommendations to others considering Radancy:**

We are very impressed with the quality of this platform and service and would recommend it to anyone considering a tool for taking Video Interviews. It may not be perfect but it does the job easily.

**What problems is Radancy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our purpose before subscribing to this software was very clear and that was to take quality Video Interviews where in the experience of the Interviewee was given preference. We were able to find all the features and functionality in My Interview.

**What do you like best about Radancy?**

I've been using Brazen as the recruiting platform for my institution's recruiting events for the past two years now - since we pivoted to virtual fairs at the start of COVID. I really like the modern interface, ease of use, and solid customer support team. They also take end-user feedback into mind when rolling out upgrades and new features. I also like the data provided before, during  and after each event - such as signups, candidate data and the report functions that both event organizers and participating employers can run. Overall, we (and our industry partners) have been very satisfied.

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

The built-in audio/video is not as stable as a platform like Zoom, and over the course of our use there have been some bugs/kinks to work out.

**What problems is Radancy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connect our students and grads to employers for quality career opportunities including internships, PT and FT jobs. Their platform has allowed us to do this virtually in an efficient way.

**What do you like best about Radancy?**

FirstBird is a good Referral Management Software where I can manage all my leads and potential candidates. The best part is that it is cloud-based which means I can access my data on the go without any hassle. Perfect for a small to mid-sized company.

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

FirstBird is new in the block of software already existing for this category. Although it comes with new concept, they are not yet ready for an enterprise solution. Also, I feel that we could have a better customer support for the same.

**What do you like best about Radancy?**

I love that it allows me to review candidates more efficiently. I was spending half an hour on the phone with each candidate before, but I'm able to review each interview in 6 minutes or less now and decide who should move on to the next step of the interview process.

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

The only thing I would say could potentially be improved is the amount of jobs you're able to have running at once. I would love to have like 4 or 5 open jobs without having to upgrade, but I understand why only a few are available as well. It's honestly a great site, and makes everything extremely simple. I'm recommending it to recruiters throughout our industry almost daily!

**What problems is Radancy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to spend most of my day on phone calls, and now I can review the interviews we receive and decide who I'll call from there. The productivity and increase in efficiency have been game-changers. We're very tech-forward, so it also allows us to pass on those unwilling or unable to figure out how to record their answers. We want people who are comfortable with technology and having their face out there, so it's allowed us to move forward only with those who fit our vision.

I like how easy it is to set up your virtual booth. It is easy to save and preview your booth as you're working through the prompts. When people enter your booth it is easy to connect with them through chat.

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

I dislike that it is difficult to know when someone has entered your booth and is interested in chatting. I wish there was an audible alarm or some thing that alerted you that someone was in your booth.

I'm using brazen for virtual education fairs. 
The problem that it is solving is that we are not always able to travel and be in person as vendors or exhibitors.

The fact that we can use it for assessing our student's speaking habilities has been great, We know that's not the main purpose of the service but we have found it very useful indeed for this purpose.

So far everything has been great, the billing, the customer service and the support. From the first approach, we felt confident with the sales department all the way to the creation of the account

**What do you like best about Radancy?**

It's very easy to navigate and there aren't too many tabs that I need to switch over to get my job done. Very easy to use, just set up your questions and share the link. They also have templates which is a great feature in my opinion, in case you don't know where to start that part is super helpful!
Also the stage overview - where I can see the candidates and their ratings and move them along stages. This view makes my work so much easier.

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

It's nothing to dislike as such, however, one thing that they could add is example templates of 'Thank you email'. Apart from that, I haven't faced any difficulties as such!

**What problems is Radancy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helped save a lot of time for me, instead of doing personal interviews I can have a look at these videos at my convenience and shortlist candidates that are interesting. Especially helpful in gauging communication skills which is a big part of the role that I usually hire for.

The Brazen platform is very easy to set-up on the back end and employers/jobseekers seem to find it easy to use as well. The team is always pushing out new updates and ask for client feedback when coming up with new features!

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

The automated emails from the system leave something to be desired. They are not customizable and are very clunky -- the logo never renders properly and always looks way too big in people's inboxes

**What problems is Radancy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to have multiple job fairs a year! Prior to using Brazen we were only doing one, in-person, and it cost a lot. Now we are doing 3-4 virtual job fairs with minimal overhead and maximum revenue!

**What do you like best about Radancy?**

Very easy to use, the price is great without having to do a long-term contract. The emails that it would send to candidates were very professional, informative, and helpful to completing a successful video interview. I really liked that all the team had access to use the platform and easily create interviews for the jobs they were working. On the client-side, those that requested this service for a pre-interview were very impressed at the ease of use. This is by far the best video interview platform that is reasonably priced and month to month - which was a huge plus for us.

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

I wish that I could record my questions to the candidates without having to do a video upload. Aside from not being able to do a direct video, there was very little dislike in the platform.

**Recommendations to others considering Radancy:**

It's definitely worth looking at and trying it out if you are looking for an easy, quality Video Interviewing platform. Even our most unsavvy users were able to get this working for them

**What problems is Radancy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to provide better interview prep for in-person interviews or live video meetings. I think it also helped provide some initial ease to the candidate and client prior to live meetings since it was like they already had a good feel for each other.

It helps you a in a hiring early stage , it allows you to screen the candidates who are actually interested, and also get to know a little better to those who are actually completing the video  interview

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

It use to have more video candidates limi for the free version in the past, so if you don't do a lot of hiring may not be the tool for you, but if you are hiring a lot of new employees on a normal basis definitely a tool to check out

It saves you a lot of time in the hiring process and helps you get to know a little better to your candidates because the CV is not everything, My interview helps you get to know better your future employees

The customizable fields allow adding knock-out questions and getting to know the registration pool much better. In addition, to being able to see who was and was not able to register. That way no candidate goes to waste.

Wish the interface was a bit more user-friendly on mobile, as most candidates utilize it via mobile. In addition, to allowing feeds to scrape from other sources to maximize exposure.

Live interviews where candidates don't show or times don't work, are now a thing of the past. They are short pre-screens via video or text-based chats. Even open chats to educate folks on what we do!

**What do you like best about Radancy?**

I have taken so many interviews on MyInterview and found it to be the best software for the same. The best thing about the software is its User Interface. Most of the time candidates don't complete the interview when it comes to recording it when they find it complicated or when they are not sure what is the next step. MyInterview takes those hassles away with is intuitive and user friendly way of recording interviews and the same we have observed sitting as an interviewer as well. We are able to screen a large number of candidates in a matter of minutes.

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

MyInterviewer lacks customizations and integrations. One can not even customize the email templates without reaching out to the support which is a major flaw. The next thing I would like to highlight is that we are unable to mark the candidates who have been shortlisted or require a further roung.

**Recommendations to others considering Radancy:**

If you have to recruit and screen a lot of candidates and spend a lot on Recruitment through various agencies then spend can be brought down using MyInterview. It will definitely help in brind down overall HR cost. If you hire rarely then it may not be of best use.

**What problems is Radancy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem that we are able to solve with MyInterview is that we are able to screen large number of candiates in just a few clicks with minimum friction. This is one of the best platforms as it provides end to end solution for the hiring process. It is quite different from the well-known video interviewing platforms. It provides a video preview of the candidates we are looking to hire. You can schedule interviews by inviting them or by sending a link.

I loved the ability to set timers to answers give candidates a chance to re-take if needed (while limiting the # of retakes).

I did not like to ASK a question via video required it to be recorded outside the platform and then uploaded—such a hassle rather than letting the questions be recorded natively. I wish there were a way to have a written response section for candidates as well to be integrated so that a written and video portion could all be on one platform.

Screening candidates via my interview saved time, gave structure to the video submission process we had in the past and allowed us to sort the candidates visually.

myInterview's very easy to use, it's priced competitively, and it integrates deeply with our ATS. The team is really great to work with too.

Previously I'd have said that more integrations would have been helpful, but they recently launched an integration with Zapier that's made a massive difference (for example, we can get Slack notifications for myInterview video responses now).

It's making the early stages of screening much easier by giving us a chance to get to know candidates better. They can complete the interviews at a time that's convenient to them, and our team can review them asynchronously. Getting the more "standard" questions answered in this way means we can have deeper conversations once we get to two-way interviews.

I love that you can contact candidates to invite them to your booth before the event so that they show up.  I also like that the technology is very easy to use and I do not get any glitches while using the system.  I can hear everyone very clearly, and also, they send you an email after the event with a spreadsheet of ALL the attendees so that you can follow up with them after.

I don't really dislike much other than the first time I set it up, I found it to be a bit confusing, but then got some help along the way and second time it was a charm.

I'm finding talent in a digital world, specifically, talent that is extremely hard to find.  In fact, I found this virtual career fair to be a lot better than an in person because I was able to quickly assess and invite talent that I wanted to invite and they specifically came to my booth if this was a mutual fit for them too.  It was a true win-win situation for both parties.

The only issue we had with this was when we wanted to reject specific candidates; you can't send a customized bulk email to all of them. I was told that you could regret on the system, but you would need to send an email directly to the candidate.

I love the link-sharing on each video to add to our HRIS software. In a recruiting role, this is extremely helpful to prepare interviewers and quickly share candidates with the rest of the team.

We've used the software for about 6 months now and only one of our candidates reached out with issues about the software, which is much higher than our previous one!

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

It's extremely easy to review interviews in the software, however, I wish there was a time notation next to each comment. When I'm going back to review my notes, I'd love to re-watch the question but I can't tell exactly which question I was commenting on except by guessing in order of their appearance.

As mentioned above, MyInterview helps us quickly prepare hiring managers and interviewers to run more productive and candidate-focused interviews. Interviews do not require an account to use. I am able to give any candidate as much as they need and the solution is flexible for my clients. No clients are alike, so the flexibility makes this an easy solution to manage and implement. The UI is easy to navigate and you can always get access to past interviews. The UI is reminiscent of a modern look that applies to candidates and managers alike. The ability to white-label this in the future is making a significant impact on our utilization.

Nothing so far concerning me. everything I need works. The UI is great and we appreciate the focus that customer service has on us to ensure we are having a positive experience. We will definitely expand this as needed. And the tool has a good way to scale.

Speed to Market has made a significant impact on our ability to deliver to clients an effective solution to interview when the regular calling interview process does not suffice. We have been able to identify quality candidates willing to go through the interview process much quicker and able to screen out candidates who will be working TeleHealth or be patient-facing in many instances. Managers are able to review these interviews at their convenience and review several candidates at a time and simply click on links to review.

This is a simple process to interview candidates.

Brazen is great! Only issue I found was it would be good if Brazen had a scheduler option for the notifications component and if there were a video live stream at the main lobby page.

Value for money. I think this must be the best bang for your buck platform out there. I have always been super impressed by the team of people I've dealt with at MyInterview. They are responsive, listen to the customer and have actually made improvements to the application based on feedback that we have given them. This has happened few times already.

Possibly a lack of features and functionality as apposed to some others but as ive mentioned before, they are advancing the product all the time and it is also very cost effective.

I like that I can customize the questions (or pull from suggestions), select how long they have to reply, and a lot of other customizable options for each job. Getting to see and hear the candidates answers allows me to see how they conduct themselves, how confident they sound, etc. This makes the next step-- the 1:1 interview--much more efficient. I am able to weed out candidates who might have looked like a fit on paper but weren't on the video questionnaire.
