Raconte is an AI interviewer that runs voice conversations for you. You write a prompt describing what you want to learn. Raconte turns that prompt into an interview and gives you a link. Send it by email to the people you want to hear from, or share it however you like. Each person opens the link in their browser and answers whenever they have a moment, with nothing to install and no call to schedule. During the conversation the AI asks your questions, follows up when an answer stays vague, and adapts to what it hears. Someone who raises a problem you never anticipated gets asked about it. A survey only returns the answer to the question you thought to ask. A few seconds after the call ends, you get the full transcript, a summary, and the sentiment of every message. Read one interview, or compare twenty of them. Teams use Raconte for user research, market research, customer feedback and product analytics. It covers the interviews that never happen because finding twenty slots in twenty calendars costs more time than anyone has. Your participants answer at 7am or at midnight, in their own time zone, on their phone or their laptop, and you read the results the next morning. The first 60 interview minutes each month are free. After that Raconte costs $0.12 per minute with no commitment, so a study of thirty ten-minute interviews comes to about $29. Larger volumes and enterprise terms are quoted on request. Raconte is built by GDFR, a company based in Paris, France.
