Their Services and Support are very good, and I would certainly recommend if that's one of the key parameters while picking Rackspace Hybrid Cloud.

**What do you dislike about Rackspace Hybrid Cloud?**

There are other better market leaders, who are better cost optimized when compared to Rackspace.

**What problems is Rackspace Hybrid Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cost is better optimized when compare to OnPrem Datacenter. Search Infrastructure could be optimized.
