What do you like best about Rackspace Hosting?

Admin dashboard is intuitive and easy to use. Adding and configuring domains, DKIM, DNS etc. is straightfoward. Admin management of email and configuration is simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rackspace Hosting?

The actual website/dashboard is extremely slow. Loading email lists and such takes forever. Interface is a little dated. Restoring deleted stores is an archaic process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is not popular as Gmail or outlook. Therefore, It is not preferred by people all around the world. Hence, I am currently using Outlook and Gmail. But, it will be more useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rackspace Hosting?

When searching a particular domain's email account, there are at least two sections titled 'Domain' which are identical in appearance but with entirely different purposes. Very confusing until you've been down that road once or twice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
