Admin dashboard is intuitive and easy to use. Adding and configuring domains, DKIM, DNS etc. is straightfoward. Admin management of email and configuration is simple. When searching a particular domain's email account, there are at least two sections titled 'Domain' which are identical in appearance but with entirely different purposes. Occasionally a client wants to take over management of their email accounts, past and present. We used to have to walk them through painstaking downloads, but now we're able to provide those customers with a time-sensitive link from RS which lets them do so effortlessly.
