Not much... the service and support used to be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Rackspace Hosting? Service is terrible. Tickets never get responded to, and any support call will take at least an hour. It's sort of like the worst of Go Daddy support at a premium price. The tech are hard to understand.
