Tickets never get responded to, and any support call will take at least an hour. It's sort of like the worst of Go Daddy support at a premium price. Adding and configuring domains, DKIM, DNS etc. is straightfoward. Admin management of email and configuration is simple. **What do you dislike about Rackspace Hosting?** The actual website/dashboard is extremely slow. Loading email lists and such takes forever. Interface is a little dated. Restoring deleted stores is an archaic process. **What problems is Rackspace Hosting solving and how is that benefiting you?** Provides us with flexible domain hosting, easy transfer of ownership, inexpensive email hosting for small client projects etc. We can spin up a short term entitiy for a short term contract, archive it and spin it down., ### 13. Therefore, It is not preferred by people all around the world. Hence, I am currently using Outlook and Gmail. Very confusing until you've been down that road once or twice. **What problems is Rackspace Hosting solving and how is that benefiting you?** Occasionally a client wants to take over management of their email accounts, past and present. We used to have to walk them through painstaking downloads, but now we're able to provide those customers with a time-sensitive link from RS which lets them do so effortlessly. ### 15.
