We are still working on registration at this time, but this review is mainly in reference to Customer Service. I've worked with Henry and not only is he quick to respond, but always has the information I need. In a time where everyone is working on virtual pivots for events with limited time, this is so greatly appreciated. We were able to get our race up and running quickly, and received lots of good feedback on how easy it was to participate and donate. The scaled pricing model feels fair, and a low barrier to entry for groups that are not huge. **What do you dislike about Racery Virtual Races and Challenges?** Opportunity to shut down the race automatically once complete (not a big deal at all), and the app could use a pop-up reminder for those of us with location services defaulted to "off" :) Otherwise no complaints **What problems is Racery Virtual Races and Challenges solving and how is that benefiting you?** Was an efficient and effective way to bring employees "together" virtually during COVID, and fundraise ### 3. Peer-to-peer fundraising has always been a bust for us, we just don't have the social media following necessary, but with Racery, we were able to reach out to new people, get them involved, and give folks an exciting way to fundraise with their peers. Additionally, the support team are amazing; they're always checking in and asking about your progress and open to suggestions for how to improve. **What do you dislike about Racery Virtual Races and Challenges?** Some folks who might want to participate aren't as tech/app savvy and may have trouble registering, donating, logging activity, etc. so we're thinking of ways to help them with that in the future. Maybe Racery could make a short tutorial video for racers on how to register, join a group, log activity, and other common tasks. **What problems is Racery Virtual Races and Challenges solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a way to fundraise without subjecting your typical donors to giving fatigue, or feeling like you always have your hand out asking for donations. This gives folks an opportunity to participate and interact with our non-profit, other supporters, and peers that they don't typically get, while also building our audience. ### 4. They tracked miles, donations, and was very user friendly. Their activity and donation reports were extremely helpful in writing our after event report and thank you's. **What do you dislike about Racery Virtual Races and Challenges?** A tool that would make map building easier would be helpful. It took much longer than I anticipated to build our map and the spots on it didn't look as nice as I hoped! Some of our users also had issues finding an available username.
