Rabaed is a construction project document management and approvals platform built in Saudi Arabia. It puts the owner, the consultant and the contractor on one documented, time-stamped record of every request and approval: formal correspondence, work inspection requests (WIR), material inspection requests (MIR), non-conformance reports (NCR), daily site reports, and controlled document versions. Each transaction is sent with a reference number, received automatically with name and time, reviewed, and approved or rejected with comments, so the project keeps a single audited record instead of paper forms, scanned copies and spreadsheets. Each party keeps its own private internal review cycle; only the official decision crosses to the other parties. Forms follow the templates used in Saudi projects and are customised per project. Arabic-first interface with English available. The record belongs to the project owner and stays available after the project ends. Setup takes days with on-site activation, backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee.
