R24k Travel Manager is an all-in-one user-friendly software designed for small to medium DMCs. Free 2-month trial. Users are able to store all of their suppliers, services and prices, default texts, images, packages, and more to simply import in quotes and itineraries with just a few clicks. It has a Booking Manager where accepted quotes are turned into itineraries; email requests/replies are sent to suppliers through the system; invoices, receipts, welcome signs and vouchers are generated; an action list, an agenda page and simple accounting features are provided. A Guests section with a complete client list and important client data, as well as a Guest Access section that lists guests and fellow travel agents who have access to online quotes and other documents saved in the system for them.
