**What do you like best about (R)?ex?**

The UI/UX is one of the biggest strengths. The platform feels modern, organized, and easy to navigate, even for newer users. Common actions are easy to find, and the workflows reduce unnecessary clicks compared to other tools I’ve used. The overall experience makes onboarding much faster for teams and significantly reduces the learning curve.

**What do you dislike about (R)?ex?**

One unexpected benefit has been the AI/intelligence capabilities. Instead of feeling like “AI for the sake of AI,” the intelligent recommendations and automation features actually help surface useful insights and reduce repetitive work. Features like workflow suggestions and contextual recommendations helped our team move faster and make better decisions with less manual effort.

**What problems is (R)?ex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer support and onboarding were also strong. The onboarding experience was smooth, the documentation is clear, and the support team was responsive whenever questions came up.
