"Great Visual Way to Build Sales Proposals"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Qwilr?

Great visual way of putting together sales proposals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qwilr?

When it comes to editing multiple templates at once, it would be good to be able to have a feature that updates all of them instantly rather than having to go in and out of each proposal manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fantastic for Creating Insightful Client Presentations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Qwilr?

I love using Qwilr for creating company profiles and product information documents. It helps me design page presentations to share with my clients, which is super valuable. I appreciate how easily I can create documents or pages that look really good. I find the insights it provides about which slides clients visit very useful. The first time I signed up, the service was amazing; they helped create a Qwilr link for my presentations. The initial setup with the team was great; they were really helpful and created several presentations for me, which taught me a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qwilr?

When I try to download my Qwilr link as a PDF, it always has something wrong to do. I think this part needs an AI or something to make it work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helpful and Fast"
5/5
What do you like best about Qwilr?

Qwilr is one of those rare tools that just feels good to use. It’s sleek, fast, and visually impressive without needing a graphic designer in the background. The finished product always looks professional, modern, and a cut above your average PDF proposal or deck.

The biggest strength, though, is the support. Their team are actual humans, responsive, personable, and quick to help. Whenever I’ve forgotten how to do something (which happens if I haven’t used it for a while), they’ve been right there with real solutions, not just help articles. That’s rare.

I also find it brilliant for client engagement, the ability to share a beautiful, interactive proposal and get the agreement signed in the same place makes it really smooth. It's particularly helpful when you're building trust or presenting something new. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qwilr?

If you’re not using it regularly, there’s a learning curve each time you come back to it. Not steep, but enough to slow you down. The interface, while intuitive once you're in flow, isn’t always obvious when you're juggling multiple client versions or trying to do something more advanced like conditional content or custom pricing tables. "QWILR - improves your professionalism and response times"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Qwilr?

This product enables you to offer professional information that can be tailored to each prospect, allowing you to add or remove relevant upsell and cross-sell details, as well as other intriguing content, all while maintaining the core proposal materials in designated sections. It ensures the inclusion of appropriate legal references and provides the right balance of space and pre-written personalized material. Generally, companies using this product will be perceived as professional and serious about their business. Its ability to integrate with your sales tools creates continuity and reduces manual effort, streamlining the process from receiving a website or phone lead to engaging with the prospect, providing information, educating the client, and delivering the initial proposal. What do you dislike about Qwilr?

As a relatively new user, I haven't developed any negative impressions so far. In my early experiences, the platform is performing well and seems suitable for adoption by this experienced sales account executive. Their customer support response has been great and FAST so far, and I love that they are out to make the same impression on our company as we wish to make on our own clients and prospects! "Seamless Integration with Easy Setup"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Qwilr?

I use Qwilr to send agreements from Salesforce, and it makes the process seamless when I need to remove or add necessary verbiage for agreements. I like that it can be easily reshared with another party, and the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qwilr?

It would be helpful if there was a remind button so a notification can go out if agreements aren't signed within a certain timeframe. For reference, DocuSign allows you to click 'Remind' which automatically resends the agreement to the client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Proposal Design, Exceptional Flexibility"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Qwilr?

I really like the design aspects of Qwilr, especially how automated it is. It automatically took images, colors, and style guides from our corporate website to create a very good-looking, dynamic, and modern proposal template. I uploaded an existing proposal, and it did a great job melding the two. This made my job so much easier, achieving results I wouldn't have managed on my own. Also, the setup was pretty easy, and Qwilr took the next step to include our design features, colors, and style guides to make it look good. I was also able to get a free trial, which was flexible enough to extend, making it a very flexible and great tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best customer service you could ask for"
5/5
What do you like best about Qwilr?

We have been using QWILR for several years now and find it very simple to use, integrates with our Salesforce CRM smoothly. However, the best thing about my experience with QWILR is how fantastic the support team are, very quick to respond to support emails (although often you can speak to someone on a live chat) and they are always so helpful. I am not a developer or anything of the sort (but kind of yook on the role of Admin for our Salesforce CRM and all its various API's. I only wish other platforms and services provided the kind of support that QWILR do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qwilr?

I just wish there was an "undo" feature when making changes to templates, if you delete something in error you need to retype it rather than being able to hit back or undo (i suppose that feature is just to insure against my carelessness but nevertheless it would be an improvement id like to see!) "Love at First Use: Fast-Based Qwilr Efficiency"
5/5
What do you like best about Qwilr?

I love Qwilr so much that I'd happily be a spokesperson for them for free. The software is incredibly easy to use, which makes my workflow more efficient, especially when closing deals quickly. Its beautiful, intuitive user interface is the best I’ve ever experienced, setting it apart from any other product I’ve used before. The feature that stands out to me the most is the block structure, which allows me to quickly and easily make changes, enhancing the flexibility of my document creation process. This ability to customize and reorganize blocks makes the tool highly adaptable to my needs. Furthermore, the initial setup was incredibly easy, demonstrating Qwilr's user-friendly design from the start. In addition, I appreciate how well Qwilr integrates with HubSpot, streamlining my workflow seamlessly. These aspects combined make Qwilr not just a tool, but an essential part of my work process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qwilr?

I think the 'ACCEPT' function in Qwilr can be confusing at times for the person signing - they're used to seeing a Signature Block, but I think this might be a design choice that proved to be more effective. Dealhub is such a disaster I used it for 10 years - I feel like I'm driving a brand new car every time I make a Qwilr - it doesn't suck the life out of me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Proposal Automation with Sleek Design"
5/5
What do you like best about Qwilr?

I love the ability to automate the proposal creation with the API. The modern sleek design aspects and block building features are really appealing to me. It helps me speed up the proposal creation process, making it super straightforward. I like to automate my proposals and appreciate the design aspect of Qwilr. The block building capabilities are also a standout feature for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qwilr?

Currently, I mean, the only thing that is a bit complicated is the whole payment blocks at the bottom, that could be made simpler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive and Professional Proposal Builder"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Qwilr?

I love Qwilr for its intuitive interface, which makes navigating the platform a breeze and allows me to easily use templates, adjusting them according to specific client cases. This simplicity significantly enhances my ability to make proposals more interactive and professional. Additionally, I appreciate the excellent support team who are always quick and helpful, providing reliable assistance whenever needed. The initial setup of Qwilr was easy, further adding to the positive user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qwilr?

I dislike the lack of an undo button in Qwilr, which makes it challenging to revert changes or corrections. The absence of this feature can lead to inefficiency when handling mistakes, as there is no straightforward way to return to a previous step. This requires caution when making adjustments, as the inability to easily undo a change can be time-consuming and frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
