Quotrail is RFQ software for technical distributors. It reads requests for quotation from email, PDF, Excel and CSV, turns free text into clean line items and matches every line to the distributor's own catalog – via manufacturer part number, customer part number, previous quotes and full-text search, with the evidence shown for each match. Prices are calculated from the distributor's own terms (customer prices, contract pricing, quantity breaks). Uncertain lines are flagged first, and nothing is sent until a person on the inside sales team has reviewed and approved the quote. Every decision is logged. Quotrail does not replace the ERP and does not use customer data to train models. Available in English, German, French and Italian.
