Was recommended Quotient through a company we work with. We were using Xero quoting and it was not customisable and cannot add pdf's etc. I started using quotient and it is great how you can customise your quotes so much more. Also Rebecca has been very helpful replying to my questions, and once my free trial was almost up, it was automatically extended for an extra 15 days free of charge. I happily started paying for the app as it has streamlined quoting, following up and for the first time trying to build up some reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Only a few minor additions which I am sure will be added at a later date through their R&D team. We have multiple team members using Quotient now and would be great if each team member could add their own mobile number to the quote. Currently it only allows you to add one phone number (our office number), and our customers mostly want to contact the person they have been dealing with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I love most about Quotient is how much it impresses my customers and prospects. It looks professional and the fact that it is interactive makes my company look cutting edge when people receive quotes from me. In addition, Quotient reaches out to my customers and asks them to leave a review for me. The reviews show up at the bottom of every quote I send. I believe I have won many bids and maintained the loyalty of many customers partially because of this. I'm also impressed by how quickly the staff get back to me when I have questions. Quotient is a little expensive. I wish I could use it to calculate all my estimates including the estimates for different quantities of an item. I currently have to work that out on a spreadsheet. I also wish it had more CRM functionality to help me store information about my customers, vendors, and projects. I currently use the Quickbooks Enterprise on Desktop with Cloud Access for this. Enterprise has a lot of great functions but it doesn't work as smoothly and it doesn't have any interactive capabilities. So, until we figure out how to get Enterprise to create and provide the slick interactive quotes that Quotient offers I'm stuck paying for both services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Before using quotient, my experience leveraging CPQ tools was rather slim. It wasn't until we shifted to a new platform that I was able to identify the beauty of customization within a contract or a proposal. I have found that building out an engaging agreement, which includes visuals, structure and the ability to embed videos, goes a long way experientially for our prospects. There's no easy way to include a required downpayment or deposit. We've had to get creative with that and make the changes on the invoice once the quote is approved. A bit annoying, but we don't often use deposits anyway, so it's a minor inconvenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
