Stop Overpaying for Users Who Aren’t Even Logged In

With QuoteWerks, you only pay for concurrent users...not every employee who might ever use the software. If your team members use QuoteWerks at different times, they can share a license. This flexible concurrent model can slash your license costs compared to per-named-user pricing. More value, less waste - Unlimited Named Users!

With QuoteWerks, you can have an unlimited number of named users. So if 7 team members use QuoteWerks, but only 2 at a time, you only need 2 licenses. It’s like getting 7 users for the price of 2.

Is QuoteWerks considered good value for its pricing?

QuoteWerks is broadly considered good value across G2 reviewers, particularly for small businesses. Multiple G2 reviewers highlight that QuoteWerks pricing is lower than competing CPQ tools, with one reviewer explicitly noting it is cheaper than other options researched, and another comparing it favorably to Quosal in both cost and usability. High ratings dominate the review pool, and reviewers consistently describe time savings of hours per quote as justifying the cost. A few G2 users mention the subscription feels somewhat high, and one mid-market reviewer flags it as occasionally expensive, but these concerns are outweighed by the volume of reviewers who describe QuoteWerks as a worthwhile investment that pays for itself through efficiency gains.

What do you like best about QuoteWerks?

Thanks to QuoteWerks, what used to take me hours now takes just a few clicks. Creating a quote is a matter of minutes. With the templates, I can have a professional, aesthetically pleasing design, and they're also customizable to my needs and those of my clients. I appreciate that it connects with many CRM systems like Salesforce, QuickBooks, and Sage. This eliminates manual data entry and unifies data. I can also see when a client views a quote, which is a great advantage for follow-up. Beyond creating quotes, I can also automate tasks like notifications, approvals, and follow-up, which helps reduce human error and speed up processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuoteWerks?

Although support is generally good, there are days when it gets congested, and they don't always respond as quickly as I'd like, especially for complex issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is QuoteWerks solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helped me improve my organization because I had different lists, loose PDFs, outdated prices, but that improved with QuoteWerks and I don't waste time looking for information. Also, now I don't depend on emails or calls to know if a client has read or accepted a proposal because I get a notification when they view, download, or sign it. "Efficient Quote Management but Needs Collaboration Improvement"

3.5/5

What do you like best about QuoteWerks?

I find QuoteWerks relatively easy to use, and it's straightforward to train new people to use it. It's also cost-effective, which I appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuoteWerks?

The biggest challenge is that only a single person can access a quote at a given time, which constantly means we're running into sharing errors and having to message people to log out or close out their access to a quote. The other thing is there's not a lot of flexibility with cutting and pasting, finding, and replacing in certain fields as you're building a quote, which makes it much less efficient than it should be for doing things like large renewal proposals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is QuoteWerks solving and how is that benefiting you?

I find QuoteWerks effective for managing quotes from multiple technology partners, standardizing them for customers, and integrating with QuickBooks and our revenue ops tool chain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Brian Laufer of QuoteWerks

[Editedit](https://www.g2.com/survey_responses/quotewerks-review-13057093/official_response/edit)

Thank you for the thoughtful review. We’re glad to hear that QuoteWerks has been easy to use, cost-effective, straightforward to train new users on, and helpful in managing quotes across multiple technology partners while integrating with QuickBooks and your revenue operations workflow.

We also appreciate the candid feedback around quote access and editing efficiency. The single-user quote access model helps protect quote data integrity, but we understand it can create friction when multiple team members are working around the same quote.

On the editing side, there may be some existing functionality that can help with the copy/paste, find-and-replace, and larger renewal proposal workflows you mentioned, including Edit | Apply Multi Line Changes, Paste Special, and other tools. If you have not already, we’d encourage you to reach out to our support team so we can better understand the specific workflow and help identify the best options.

Thank you again for being a QuoteWerks customer and for sharing practical feedback we can use as we continue improving the product.
