I wish the program would automatically know the sales tax rates based on the zip codes. Currently, QuoteWerks pulls the tax rate data from Kaseya's BMS account, and sometimes, the sales rep doesn't set those accounts up at the prospect level in BNMS for them to come over into QuoteWerks correctly.
