We've been impressed with the quality of the organization when it comes to their working processes and implementation team. Every employee has been very courteous and most helpful in answering questions or providing additional information needed to move forward with the Quote Werks product What we are going to like best is having all of our product catalogs in one place and uploaded with the appropriate margins placed on them. This should improve many things for us as a company and expedite the proposal and ordering process as well as eliminate errors or forgotten items that can now be bundled together when sold. As with any new system the time it takes to set up the back end of the software so that it performs as you intend it to do. What I like best about QuoteWerks it is customizable. You can customize the quotes and other documents, you can also import customized products lists. This is a big plus. Customizing the quotes and other documents was very limited with our previous vendor. Now, if we don't like the way something looks, it is very easy to change. Quotewerks provides an incredibly versatile suite of tools and integrates nearly seamlessly with our PSA of choice (Connectwise).
