QuoteLasso helps small contractors follow up on the estimates they've already sent. Add an estimate by BCCing QuoteLasso when you send it, forwarding one you've already sent, typing it in, or importing a spreadsheet. QuoteLasso schedules three follow-ups, by default 2, 5 and 10 days after the estimate goes out, each with its own wording from a template you control, signed with your business name. On Starter and Pro (and during the 14-day trial), due follow-ups send automatically, or you can press Send yourself. When a customer replies, the reply is forwarded to your inbox and the remaining follow-ups stop. QuoteLasso isn't a CRM: no pipelines or reports, just follow-ups on every estimate.
