QuoteGenio is a quoting and invoicing tool built for tradespeople and small service businesses such as plumbers, electricians, painters, builders and cleaners. It replaces handwritten quotes, Word templates and spreadsheets with a guided, phone-first workflow that produces a professional, branded quote in under two minutes. You can build quotes manually or with AI. On the Free plan, QuoteGenio can generate a draft quote from a short job description and suggest line items. On paid plans, Voice to Quote and Photo to Quote turn a voice note or job site photo into a ready-to-edit quote. Quotes are sent via WhatsApp in one tap, by email, or as a public link with a branded PDF. Clients can view, accept or request changes online without creating an account. The business sees when a quote is opened and gets change requests in its dashboard. An accepted quote converts into an invoice in one click, with all line items carried over. Invoices can be paid online through the business’s own Paystack, Yoco, PayFast or Stripe account, and are marked as paid automatically. Paid plans add recurring invoices, invoice scheduling, automatic late fees, overdue reminders, credit notes, client statements, a client portal, bank statement import with payment matching, and business reports covering revenue, quote conversion rates and top clients. QuoteGenio supports 40+ currencies with VAT and tax presets for each country, offers eight PDF templates, and supports team members on paid plans. Pro and Business plans add export to Xero, QuickBooks and Zoho. A free plan is available with no credit card required. Paid plans start at $9.99 per month.
