There is potential to be overwhelmed by the amount of info available inside Quorum. It is possible to be paralyzed by the infomration if it is not organized properly. While the Quorum school that is the onboarding for Quorum attempts to assist in helping users organized their accounts, a more personalized one-on-one session between a Quorum team member and user (or group of users from the same organization) would be beneficial. It can do some neat things, but a lot of the times things aren't correct. Like basic coding issues such as the redisricting not being correct. Simple ways to connect with our legislators or our advocates are difficult. Like why can I not look at how the keywords are being used from the keyword section? Why can't I see who is using the action centers? I feel like there is a lot of emphasis on the advanced features at the expense of basic site development and user experience. I mostly use Quorum's intelligence tool. The ability to track federal legislation is helpful, as is the ability to have keyword searches compiled and sent to my inbox daily. I also appreciate the ability to receive notifications regarding delegation staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The contact information for each office is incomplete. Most contact telephone numbers for staff ring to the main office where I am usually sent to voicemail. It would be more useful if the contact phone numbers rang through to staffers desk. This is an option in some competition platforms.

At my organization, we make great use of Quorum's grassroots advocacy engagement tool. We are quickly and easily about to create visually well-designed campaigns that connect our members with their representatives and senators in Congress. We typically use Quorum's Phone2Action platform for Advocacy. Personally, the best part of that platform is the Customer Support they provide. The people managing it are always very quick to respond and they help the best they can -- be it contacting their developer team or taking care of finding the answers themselves.
