The customer service is also fantastic, and I love the chat feature that makes it easy to get timely help. **What do you dislike about Quorum?** It would be great to be able to customize emails further (allowing people to unsubscribe from certain issue areas, select their email frequency, etc.). **What problems is Quorum solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quorum is helping us get our work out quickly and track the impacts that we have more deeply. It can be overwhelming during a state legislative session to keep track of all the bills. But Quorum lets me identify the issues most important to me, and I can easily access those. The sorting function makes things less overwhelming. **What do you dislike about Quorum?** Sometimes it can be a little slow to load new data. I will get a notice of a hearing on a bill sometimes the day of the hearing. It would be nicer if it was real time. (Now, I also recognize with some state legislatures they are adding or removing bills from agendas when the hearing is occuring!) **What problems is Quorum solving and how is that benefiting you?** When I use the tools available Quorum helps me manage the volume of bills I have to track. I know what the status of my priority bills are by simply using the sorting function. I really like the email function! To be able to send to an entire committee with one click makes life much easier! ### 9. The Outbox tool is our most used feature, and sending out large releases to either hill staffers or custom contacts is an easy process with numerous perks, like tracking the open rates or creating templates from past mailings. The customer service is unbeatable- if I have a quick question, the live chat feature allows me to instantly connect with one of their representatives. I've never had a problem that they couldn't solve! **What do you dislike about Quorum?** The only thing I wish Quorum would integrate is a news search feature to keep track of media articles/headlines. **What problems is Quorum solving and how is that benefiting you?** We haven't had any issues with Quorum, but we're really enjoying all the benefits, including up-to-date lists of staffers with their relevant contact information. ### 11.
