What do you like best about Quore?

I like how quore moves our property into the 21st century. Eliminates radio traffic and misc calls between employees. Everything is handled and tracked online Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Quore?

I’m able to in put maintenance request and leave messages for staff. Checking rooms is a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Quore?

The User Interface is great for us all types of users. The communication log system, and the maintenance and preventative maintenance systems are top of my list of the things that are most useful for effective property management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quore?

I believe a company is only as good as the support it provides. From training to new user implementation, Quore was awesome at first, but have not kept up with the demand of being a growing company. I also believe they should continue to improve and innovate - this seems to have slowed down to a trickle at best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Quore:

I would recommend this product for anyone looking for this type of product. I think they have a lot to work on a long way to go, but it is the best on the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Quore solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping consistent communication across multiple ships and departments is their solution to a common problem in the hotel world. Also, maintaining preventative maintenance and general maintenance of the guests and common areas with reports, timelines, and scheduling is critical to keeping our operations up to par.
