What do you like best about Quo?
I started with the lowest tier plan and have since upgraded to the Scale subscription. As my business grew, OpenPhone kept up with my needs seamlessly, whether it was adding new numbers, integrating with the API, setting up a phone menu, or managing text messaging. Today, I can run my entire business from OpenPhone alone, efficiently tagging and filtering clients to stay organized.
I love that it runs on both web and desktop. I personally prefer the web version for its speed. The mobile app is just as reliable and keeps me connected on the go.
In the early days, I experienced some call failures and clarity issues, but OpenPhone addressed those quickly. Now, I can make calls from anywhere without interruptions.
Customer support is no joke. They have been incredible from day one, regardless of the plan you choose. No question is too small, and they always respond with detail and care.
What ultimately convinced me to upgrade to the Scale plan? OpenPhone simply works. They offer everything you need to grow, and if you are just starting out, I highly recommend beginning with their lowest tier plan. They will help you tailor the service to your needs, ensuring you have everything necessary to get started and scale when you are ready.
Note, I've been with them since September 30, 2021 - time flies but I'm enjoying OpenPhone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Quo?
I am not a tech person, so the Make integration and API have been extremely helpful. However, I still struggle with webhooks, and while OpenPhone is actively building better tools, it would be great to have more support in this area.
One thing I would really appreciate is the ability to hire an OpenPhone tech expert for a one-time setup, specifically for non-technical users like myself. Even better, a way to integrate with third-party services that offer setup assistance could make this process much smoother.
There are also a few features I would love to see added:
The ability to send voice messages to clients for special occasions like birthdays
A better way to send digital e-thank you cards that actually appear in the message thread when tested.
The option to create groups within my inbox for better organization and bulk texting.
Expanded filtering options beyond just tags and company. I would love the ability to filter by any property within a contact’s information.
That said, OpenPhone already does more than enough as a phone system, and I am not complaining. There is always room for improvement, and I am excited to see how they continue to evolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
