"Smooth VOIP Switch, Solid Features, and an AI Receptionist That Actually Helps"
5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

Making the jump from Google Voice to OpenPhone was painless — and that’s not something I say lightly. The setup was smooth, the process made sense, and I was up and running without the usual “where did they hide that setting?” frustration. The pricing hits the sweet spot: it covers almost every feature I actually use and want, without packing in the kind of bloated add-ons you get with bigger services like RingCentral. The real standout is Sona, their AI-powered virtual receptionist. It’s still AI, but it’s miles ahead of a basic voicemail box and gives callers a more professional first impression. The apps work exactly as they should — no glitchy surprises — and the whole system feels like it was built with actual business users in mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

I only have two wish-list items. First, I like desk phones. OpenPhone doesn’t support them yet, and while I’m fine running everything through the app, having a desk phone option would be a great addition. Second, you pay for every line you have on your account, even if it’s just sitting there unused. Yes, it’s still cheaper than other services that “park” numbers, but I’d prefer a model where you only pay for active lines, like Google Voice. Neither of these is a dealbreaker — far from it — but adding them would take OpenPhone from “excellent” to “perfect for my needs.” Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless and Intuitive Communication - Digital Nomad"
5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

I love that Quo has software that's easy to understand, works seemlessly and is really easy to use for my team and new hires. It works better than any other software Ive tried. Their customer service is great and they are always very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

No ability to block numbers. There's been an ongoing unresolved issue where sometimes my number shows as private when it shouldn't but this only happens from time to time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean, Reliable, and Easy to Use – A Great Tool for Organized Communication"
4/5
What do you like best about Quo?

Quo has been such a great tool for keeping communication organized and professional. I love how clean and easy the platform is to use, it makes handling calls, texts, and voicemails simple and efficient. Everything stays in one place so I’m never digging through different apps or missing messages. It’s reliable, quick, and helps me stay on top of client communication no matter where I’m working from. Overall, Quo makes my day to day workflow smoother and helps me deliver a better experience for my clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

The only thing I find a little frustrating about Quo is how closing conversations works. You have to close them one at a time, which can be time consuming when there are a lot open, and the completed button is placed right next to the call button, so it’s easy to accidentally click the wrong one. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it would be nice if there were a faster or more streamlined way to manage multiple conversations at once. Other than that, Quo has been reliable, easy to use, and a great tool overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

Quo has been an incredible tool as I launch my new business. It’s helping me streamline communication, look more professional from day one, and keep everything organized in one place. I also really appreciate how the platform keeps evolving—especially with the addition of AI and other smart features that make running a growing business easier and more efficient. I've had to reach out to customer service several times as I get up and running and the response time is quick, extremely helpful and professional. Highly recommend it to business owners. What do you dislike about Quo?

I would like to see more voices options for text to speech voicemail. Also, as an Apple product user I would love an Apple Watch app for Quo as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Setup and Outstanding Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

Very simple user interface. Virtually no user training required. Their supprot team was amazing at following up to port our number from our previous provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

Limited extension in the automated voice answering service. Like it's impossible for someone to keep their previous extension like 228. You need to create sub menu with extensions from 1 to 9. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Phone System for Our Rental Business"
5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

I really like how simple and seamless OpenPhone is to use. It keeps our rental business organized since all calls, texts, and voicemails are in one place and easy to track. Having a professional business number that works on both desktop and mobile makes it very convenient. The ability to share access with our team and keep communication clear has been a big plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike. If anything, sometimes I wish there were even more advanced features, but overall OpenPhone already covers what we need really well. It’s reliable and straightforward, which is exactly what we were looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A solution to a problem I didn't know I had."
5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

The intigration with our CRM is amazing, I can see which client is calling. It's really nice how it labels which user is talking to which client. And having the ability to have the calls recorded and automatically transcribed has been a life saver. I use OpenPhone daily and it has made my life so much easier. I was able to implement OpenPhone with all of out systems. The customer support gets back to me quickly and always follows up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

"Accessing Calls and Texts Anywhere Makes Work Easier"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

I like being able to access call logs, texts from mobile, or any PC at my office. I like being able to schedule text messages! this is very helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

Interface is somewhat crowded. Sometimes, my activity log is on 'DONE' so I don't see the unanswered messages. At times, it's not easy to know where your active call is happening when you're looking through multiple threads - I have copied the wrong phone number because I got lost in the threads. "Great for remote workers!"
5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

I use OpenPhone to work; I don't live in the US at the moment, and it's helpful to have ways I can access people and work calls easily. I make calls almost every day, and not even one day using OpenPhone have I had any issues. I have recommended the app to some of my friends, and they think the same. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

Well, my calls and messages are mixed in the same screen. I'd like to have my messages on one side and my call history on the other. It takes me a while to find old text messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A stressful time resolved with the support of Smrithi"
4/5
What do you like best about Quo?

Our team is able to assist with phone calls and texts, but I can also still get them all to my phone. This has been such a great asset to our business especially during the very busy times. My recent experience when I ported my new number over and lost my text messages gave me a true view of their customer service. Smrithi assured me I would be helped through the whole process and was right! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

It was scary losing my text messages for almost 1 week. However the urgency taken to ensure this was fixed was great. The other thing i wish open phone was able to do was merge multiple phone numbers together to be able to answer and text from 1 area. Hopefully that will be an option in the future.
