"Easy, Professional Call and Text Management for Small Businesses"
5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

What I like best about Quo is how easy it is to manage business calls and texts from one place. The setup is straightforward, the interface is clean, and features like missed-call notifications, automatic text responses, voicemail, and the phone menu make it much easier to stay responsive without being tied to the phone all day.

I also appreciate that the phone menu helps filter out robocalls while still making it simple for a real customer to reach me. Overall, Quo feels practical, professional, and well designed for a small business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

The main thing I dislike is that some call-handling settings are not as customizable as I would like. For example, I would prefer more control over how long the phone menu repeats, what happens after repeated timeouts, and whether the desktop ringtone can be fully disabled.

A few features also require upgrading to a higher-priced plan, which can feel limiting for a small business that only needs one or two additional tools. Overall, these are relatively minor issues, but more flexibility in the call-flow settings would make Quo even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quo Helps Me Run My Business More Efficiently"
5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

Quo has been a game-changer for my mobile notary and wedding officiant business. As a business owner who also works a full-time job, I rely heavily on Quo to manage client communication efficiently.

My favorite feature is Sona, the AI assistant. It helps answer calls, qualify leads, collect appointment details, and guide clients to the correct booking options when I'm unavailable. This has improved my response times and reduced missed opportunities during my regular work hours.

I also appreciate the call flows, automated messaging, and integrations that help streamline my workflow. What surprised me most is how quickly Quo became an extension of my business rather than just a phone system. It helps me maintain a professional client experience while saving valuable time each week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

One area where Quo could improve is the AI call handling experience. While Sona has been extremely helpful for answering calls and qualifying leads, there have been times when it asked follow-up questions that the caller had already answered, particularly when discussing services such as I-9 verifications or apostille assistance. Improving the AI's ability to retain context throughout the conversation would create a more seamless caller experience.

I would also appreciate additional flexibility in some automation settings and business-hour configurations for appointment-based businesses. Despite these minor challenges, the platform continues to provide significant value, and the development team appears committed to improving the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Modern UI and a Standout AI Auto-Responder"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

I needed simplicity in the UI as opposed to a bloated tool. That's what I love about Quo, everything is easy to find and access. The price point was also the best for the features that I needed and the tier that I chose had the features that I wanted without additional features that I didn't. I love the AI auto-responder! It's so much better than a "press the number" system and is so much more modern. Support was helpful at the beginning when I needed them and the clarity of the interface allowed for seamless onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

Perhaps this is a Canadian number issue, but I'd love to be able to have the same kinds of number verification and call display as my American counterparts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quo Makes AI Call Answering and Lead Follow-Up Fast, Modern, and Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

What I like most about Quo is how quickly we were able to build a real AI answering and lead follow-up system for our business, without a complicated setup process or a large technical team. The interface feels modern, clean, and easy to navigate, and the drag-and-drop call flow builder is especially straightforward.

The AI assistant has been surprisingly natural in conversations, and the call summaries and transcripts make it simple to review interactions and follow up with leads. We also connected Quo with Zapier and Google Calendar to automate notifications and workflows, which has improved our overall efficiency and cut down on manual tasks.

Onboarding is another major strength. Even as first-time users, we got the system up and running fairly quickly, and it was easy to test different AI call flows as we refined what worked best. The platform feels flexible enough for more advanced automations, while still being approachable for small business owners.

From a performance and ROI perspective, Quo has helped us avoid missed opportunities by ensuring calls are answered professionally even when we’re unavailable. Overall, it brings AI, automation, communication, and integrations together in one platform that feels far more modern than traditional business phone systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

One downside is that some of the onboarding and automation setup steps can be a little confusing for first-time users, especially when connecting outside tools like Zapier or calendars. There are a lot of powerful features available, but sometimes clearer beginner guidance or more setup templates would make the process faster.

We also noticed that the AI occasionally needs fine-tuning to better match specific business workflows and responses, but once adjusted it performs well. Overall, the platform is strong and continues improving quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Apps and a Shared Inbox That Keeps Our Team Aligned"
5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

The absolute best part about Quo is how easily it lets me keep my business and personal life completely separate. I don't have to carry around a second physical work phone or deal with a confusing, clunky setup. The desktop and mobile apps are incredibly intuitive and clean.

It makes our company look highly professional with a dedicated local business line. The shared inbox features are a massive plus, allowing multiple team members to stay completely aligned, view message threads, and jump in to answer calls or texts so we never let an estimate or client follow-up slip through the cracks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

The biggest limitation right now is the lack of robust call and message filtering options; it can be tough to sort through a heavy volume of communication exactly the way you want to, and the inbox can get cluttered quickly.

Additionally, the exact mechanics of how call recording and real-time transcription function can feel a bit unclear and non-intuitive upfront.

Finally, there is no native connector or direct integration with ChatGPT. Having a seamless link to ChatGPT to use your full communication and text history as a contextual engagement tool for AI would be an absolute game-changer, and it feels like a missed opportunity right now. "Easy Way to Separate Business and Personal Calls"
5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

Here’s a positive way to answer both:

What is most helpful about Quo?

The most helpful thing about Quo is that it makes managing business phone numbers feel simple and organized. Calls, texts, contacts, and customer conversations are all kept in one place, which makes it much easier to stay on top of communication without mixing business calls into a personal phone number.

What are the upsides of using Quo?

The biggest upsides are convenience, professionalism, and flexibility. Quo lets you set up or manage business numbers quickly, use local or toll-free numbers, keep work and personal communication separate, and handle calls/texts from the app. It is especially useful for small businesses because it gives a more polished phone setup without needing extra phones or complicated equipment. Quo also supports shared numbers and team-style communication, which helps avoid missed calls and keeps everyone aligned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

I have had a good experience overall. The main downside is just getting familiar with all of the features at first, but once set up, the app has been easy to use and reliable for managing business phone numbers and communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Lightweight CRM with Smart Call Summaries, Great Integrations, and Fast Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

It is a lightweight CRM with notes about contacts, AI call summaries, etc. There is a lot of information at your fingertips when a call comes in. The call flow builder is also very nice to build your customers experience to your business needs. Along with integrations such as Gmail contact sync, and AI features I havent even tried out yet. There is a lot of features inside QUO. Also, the support is great. I simply email them with some questions and they usually get back to me with in 15 to 20 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

I am still in the process of figuring out how to get rid of the "red flag" or notification indicator on the browser tab. I emailed them about it and we tried several things and still have not been able to clear it. They escalated the case to try to resolve it. They way I operate, I am back and forth at the pc and use the indicator for activity like missed calls, but I also get emails of missed calls and I monitor my email closely also, so this is not the biggest issue just more of an annoyance. "A Total Game Changer for Shared Calls, Summaries, and Seamless HubSpot/Shopify Sync"
5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

Quo has helped me share information with my other guides quickly, so we’re not annoying customers by collecting the same details twice. I can field a call on behalf of my guides and then send them a call summary that includes clear action steps. That makes it easy to get the ball rolling toward finalizing a successful booked trip.

I can also attach this data to HubSpot and Shopify, so all the client information stays connected. I’ve actually saved money by ditching my old e-sim and opening a QUO line instead. The AI assistant has been incredible for answering common questions like pricing and what clients need, so I don’t get tied up on redundant phone calls.

Right now I’m using QUO to manage a shared number, but it still lets me answer and route calls for three connected (but separate) businesses. Setup is very easy, and I love how smoothly it connects between my iPhone and Mac. I’m hoping for a watch app in the future.

I can’t believe more people aren’t using this app—it’s been a total game changer for me. There are a few online resources that help you get the whole system rolling quickly. It’s helped us book more trips more efficiently, and it lets customers call in and get updated info without having to talk with anyone. Genius! QUO is the HEARTBEAT of our tech stack. It runs brilliantly and makes us a more nimble, complete, and better business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

There’s no watch app yet, and the setup can feel a smidge clunky at times—especially since we were also recording HD audio with musicbeds to insert. Still, for the most part it was pretty incredibly easy to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Setup, Instant Updates, and Spot-On Voicemail Transcription for Small Businesses"
5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

Extremely easy to setup and use. Any updates done to the website are immediately available on the app. The voicemail transcription can be sent to your email and it is 100% correct (tested in English and Spanish). Can setup a text message out response. It's just fantastic for small business user. Can also use a bot voice for incoming calls and voicemails from text, which means changes can be done faster without having to record messages over and over. It sounds very professional as well. Fully automated and intuitive. Very easy to setup and get started. It took 45 minutes to get all the settings done and testing calls, voicemails and text messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

I have been using it for 3 weeks. So far I do not dislike anything. Coming from Dialpad, which was extremely difficult to use and hard to find where different settings were located, Quo has done everything I wanted Dialpad to do and has done it better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
