Since this is a basic workflow tool at the end of the day, I can't say that there was anything in particular that I struggled with or felt was lacking. Sometimes there are issues with the platform, it takes a while to load complex apps. However, that does not last long and the support is always there to help. One more thing is, the platform's UI/UX is not that great. No doubt that there has been serious improvements in that and they are continuously making changes to make it better.
