Quivva is a retainer and capacity management tool built specifically for independent consultants managing multiple clients. It gives you instant clarity on how your time, retainers, and fixed-price work are tracking. You always know what you’ve delivered, what’s left, and where your capacity actually is. Without spreadsheets, mental math, or constant context switching. Unlike generic time tracking or invoicing tools, Quivva mirrors how professional solo consultants actually work. Retainers, projects, invoices, and capacity planning all live in one place, so business decisions are based on reality rather than gut feel. Quivva helps you: - Track retainer usage and remaining deliverables per client - Monitor real-time profitability on fixed-price projects - Plan weekly capacity across all clients - Create clean, professional invoices without exposing granular timesheets - Reduce the cognitive load of running a solo consultancy Quivva is intentionally opinionated. It assumes trust-based client relationships, premium service delivery, and a consultant who values clarity over automation theatre. If you’re running a serious one-person consultancy and juggling multiple clients, Quivva gives you the visibility to stay profitable, focused, and in control.
