It runs the billing department end to end: medical billing, certified medical coding, denial management, AR recovery, prior authorization and provider credentialing, working inside the EHR the practice already uses. Every client gets Apex, a live dashboard of collections, days in AR, denial rate and claim status. Quilven is paid 3 to 5 percent of what it collects, month to month with no setup fee, and practices can start with a free 48-hour AR audit.
