QuillHire is an AI interviewer that runs first-round interviews in two independent formats. The AI Phone Screener is a 15-minute outbound call placed automatically when a candidate applies. It covers must-have skills, notice period, salary expectations and motivation, on an ordinary mobile number with no app or login. The AI Technical Video Interview is a 45-minute live, two-way video session for any role, with anti-cheat monitoring throughout and a live coding module for engineering roles. Candidates join from a standard video call link. Questions come from the job description and the candidate's resume, so there is no question set to build. Every interview returns a transcript, a scorecard against your criteria and a recommendation; video interviews add timestamped anti-cheat findings for your team to review. QuillHire never rejects anyone automatically. Pricing is per completed interview using prepaid credits that never expire, with published prices in US dollars and Indian rupees.
