As a long-term QuillBot user who subscribed for approximately two years, I'm deeply disappointed by their rigid and customer-unfriendly refund policy. Despite experiencing persistent performance issues with their Microsoft Word add-in and having 11 months remaining on my annual subscription, QuillBot refused to offer any prorated refund. For writing some social media post copies quickly, I am using Quillbot, to improve the writing style. Not only paraphrasing it comes with so many other features like Grammar checker, and plagiarism checker. I found this tool very much worth it. It's a very simple program, which in one way is a benefit. But for more complex writing, it might not be my first choice. -It rephrase sentences in 2-3 different ways.

From the price point it could have been a little cheaper. It is going to face a lot of competition from the likes of ChatGPT in the future. Also, sometimes it takes the sentences as individual words while rephrasing and the output is incomprehendible sentences so it requires a lot of human intervention. As a user of QuillBot, what I like about it are the availability of different features that are very helpful in my writing content, it allows me to paraphrase my text in just one click. It also have grammar checker and citation generator that are both helpful especially when I'm doing my writing task. Some issues I noticed about QuillBot is that sometimes, the contents I generate from it can be easily detected as AI generated text, because sometimes the words it generate are deep vocabulary that is not usually use in writing. Quillbot is a powerful tool, some features of it includes paraphrasing of your words, and can also summarize like articles. It is indeed a great student companion because it is easy to use, and easy to implement, you just need to type your words, then choose if you want it to be standard or fluent, this is only for non-premium users like me, if you're a premium users there's a lot more choices how you want your words to be constructed, in addition, there's many languages that you can use when you are using Quilllbot, therefore, if you're English is not that fluent, try using your own languages if it is available. Furthermore, whenever I have paperworks to do, I always use this everyday this because it is a great help for my homeworks. Moreover, I also integrate many words to have many choices on what to put to my final output, I make sure that it willbe understand by many and it sounds great. For me, the only thing I dislike about Quillbot is when you paraphrase it and they give you some deep words that you heard for the first time, and you need to search for the meaning of it, and I think that's not great to see, especially if you use this words to your class, they may end up thinking what word did you say or use. I use Quillbot for paraphrasing all type of content easily. As a full-time writer, I often have to rephrase content like for social media posts, emails, brochure, etc. Doing that manually is really time-consuming and difficult. But, Quillbot do paraphrasing in a more professional way and with very selective vocabs. Plus, Quillbot's chrome extension is now making my work more easier because I can open its sidebar, meanwhile remaining on a webpage and I can do all my tasks from here, like paraphrasing and grammar checking.
