We were finding more candidates on purpose to call and see the magic unfold. No we are not a bunch of kids LOL And yes, there are many other AI notetakers out there, but in all honesty, nothing was as good as Quil. This is a simple, very easy and user friendly interface and clean design. No whistles, no bells and very low learning curve. Usually 98 to 99.9% accurate with minimal to no mistakes. Integrated easily with our calendar, Zoom, Teams and just everything we connected it with. Our recruitment season is over but we used it everyday. It saves us 70% of our time and reaching out to candidates as well as clients has been enjoyable, knowning that Quil, will do an outstanding job. Last but not least, can I just say how fantastic Ihtesham Zahid was/is? Very patient with 2 tech savvy (not!) lady recruiters. We were given the task to understand the product and then explain to the rest of the team; we asked the smarted questions of course 🤓 Onboarding was seamless and easy thanks to him. We had post its, note pads, Word docs, Notes, you name it with bits and bobs about our candidates. One of my colleagues kept a notebook and imagine if they had a fast talker on the phone.... And for us, it also solved the problem we had with Skype closing down. We had no Voip yet to replace our Skype that we used. So Quil for us is irreplacable. ### 23. We got Quil around May 2025 ad we were able to integrate it to our ATS without any problems. The team at Quil are very helpful and able to assist us in our queries, concerns, and clarifications. We don't even have to think of any AI prompts as they will be the one to do that on our behalf, we just have to send them set of questions for different types of roles that we usually interview and their team will set it up for us. The summary of the interview is prompted as we requested it to be, it automatically records notes on our ATS and I can prompt the AI to answer other specific questions asked during the interview that was not included in the interview summary, without any limits as to how many prompt I could make.
