**Reviewed by:** Henning S. | Co-Founder & Managing Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The best features include ability to define meeting types and outline how the summary is structured, as well as the integration into our TRM.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

It sometimes misspells words and then I have to manually clean up the summary.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Call recording , a call-type-specific summary, and the integration with our TRM.

  ### 2. Clear Call Transcripts and Key Takeaways That Keep Interviews on Track

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sofia Maria S. | Legal Sourcer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I like how it provides a transcript of the call and the main takeaways afterwards. It helps me make sure I understood what candidates are saying.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The only thing that brought some trouble was how it changed the candidate's profile on our CRM based on things it captured from the conversation. The changes made were not always accurate and sometimes made a mess.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making sure I have accurate notes. Sometimes it can be hard to hear candidates through the phone due to connection issues, accents or if someone speaks too fast. CoRecruit has solved that problem with the transcripts and notes it provides.

  ### 3. Easy-to-Use Platform That Streamlines Our Internal Processes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

It’s very easy to use, and it lets you build your own internal platform that best supports your business and its internal processes.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

So far, there’s nothing about the platform that I’ve disliked. It’s very user-friendly and has helped a lot with our process.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has streamlined our process from screening and aligning candidates to the job, to building our submittals, and it has eliminated many of the small tasks I previously had to handle when preparing a recruiter submittal.

  ### 4. Effortless Call Management, Needs Better Transcription

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sharon W. | President and COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I really appreciate that Quil records, transcribes, and summarizes my calls fairly accurately, which is a huge plus. It's great that I can collect snippets of interviews to add to client submittals. Using Quil frees up a ton of my time and reduces stress, as I don't have to take handwritten notes and later add them to my ATS/CRM. I love the peace of mind knowing the recordings are there for clarification. It's also fantastic that it works with my Google Voice number, which many other AI bots do not. Plus, it integrates perfectly with my ATS/CRM.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The transcription is about 50-60% accurate and it adds in a lot of things that aren't said, mostly like 'alright', and 'Um' and such. I'm still trying to learn how to better get it to pick up on my questions and 100% accurately collect that information. Also, the initial setup wasn't that bad, but I can't say it was easy and painless.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quil frees me from taking handwritten notes and reduces my stress by recording, transcribing, and summarizing calls. It saves time and provides peace of mind knowing I can always refer back to recordings for clarification. Plus, it integrates with my Google Voice.

  ### 5. Effortless Interview Recording with Seamless ATS Integration

I like how CoRecruit integrates well with our ATS and seems to work well for recording our interviews and transcribing them. It really helps us quickly write interview notes that we can share with clients, saving us time. The initial setup was fairly easy, and the tech support at CoRecruit helped us get things set up.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

There's been a little bit of a learning curve, but I'm not sure that has anything to do with Quil.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit helps us quickly write interview notes that we can share with clients, integrates well with our ATS, and efficiently records and transcribes interviews, saving us time.

  ### 6. Saves Time and Enhances Candidate Focus

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bri C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I love that CoRecruit helps with note taking while speaking to candidates, allowing me to give all my attention to them. It provides accurate note taking and time management. The biggest advantage is the time saved by not typing up endless notes. Everything is great with it, and it's a big help that solves and saves a lot of time. The initial setup was very easy, especially with support from the CoRecruit team throughout.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Nothing its a big help to me

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit helps with accurate note taking and time management. It saves me time by not typing endless notes, allowing me to focus entirely on the candidate.

  ### 7. Stay Focused on Interviews Without Stopping to Take Notes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** denver b. | Recruitment Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I like being able to interview people and stay focused on the interaction, without having to stop and write notes.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

It’s difficult to add it to an ongoing conversation when a client or candidate calls me first.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Note taking during interviews and phone calls when taking a job brief

  ### 8. Effortless Note-Taking for Recruiters

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariela I.

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I love how easy Quil is to use, and it doesn't distract my clients or candidates. It has saved me so much time and allowed me to take my job to the next level. It takes the worry out of trying to note down important information, and I can ask all the questions I want knowing Quil will save everything. The initial setup was very easy, and it integrates well with tools like Microsoft and Teams.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I find the app lacking because it doesn't show more details of my calls. It's frustrating that I can only call out from it. Also, it's inconvenient that if someone calls me back on my phone, I can't add Quil to my call.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quil takes the worry out of capturing important information during meetings, allowing me to focus on asking the right questions, knowing that everything will be saved. It's easy to use, non-distracting, saves me time, and enhances my productivity.

  ### 9. Facilitate Note-Taking in Interviews

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I love the fact that we can create and use templates for our interviews, reference checks, and client meetings. It makes CoRecruit really easy to use. So far, I haven't encountered any problems: everything has gone smoothly. I'm still learning to use it, but what I like most is that it reduces the time spent taking notes and allows me to stay focused on the discussion.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I would say that it is mainly at the level of company names that I have to make modifications at times, after the meeting. It happens that the transcription from CoRecruit does not exactly match the actual name of the company; I therefore have to correct it so that the history in my Talent file is accurate.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tool then helps me obtain a clear summary of the points discussed, which greatly facilitates note management in my files. The training with Ali Sabir went very well too.

  ### 10. Simple to use, nice interface, and very successful post-call overviews

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simon V. | RECRUTEUR, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

It's very easy to use, the interface is really nice, and the post-call Overviews are really well done!

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Not really anything that I like less. Maybe the fact that my entire Outlook calendar appears in the menu, I don't need to put everything forward. Sometimes also the AI mistakes the interlocutor in the transcript.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's perfect for automatic note-taking during my mandate assignments or my candidate interviews.

  ### 11. Accurate Transcriptions, Efficient Call Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charlie T. | Research Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I find the transcription feature very accurate and the summaries it generates always capture the conversation really well. It means I don't have to do any post-call admin work because I trust it to have recorded the call, summarized it well, and uploaded it to our database. The ability to record phone calls is most important as we do a lot of them and could lose important information if calls are not recorded and saved in the database. The initial setup was pretty easy and our Account Manager, Ali, walked us through it very well.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The follow-up materials sometimes aren't the best and are not how we usually would write up candidates.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

n/a

  ### 12. Saves Time on Meeting Notes, but Zoom Auto-Setup Needs Clearer Guidance

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

It removes the task of writing notes which saves time but also means that for longer meetings, you don't miss any information that you may have forgotten.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Onboarding was pretty simple but didnt explain the way to set up Zoom calls automatically which is the main reason we use it

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Admin time is hugely down due to how well it writes notes

  ### 13. Seamless Integration, Effective Call Summaries

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stella M. | Healthtech Recruitment Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I like how CoRecruit (formerly Quil) integrates easily with Teams and sends me an email after a conversation with all the action items I need to follow up on. It also integrates with our Microsoft Outlook and Bullhorn ATS, which makes it very convenient for our workflow.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I was having some integration issues with some of my calendar calls, but they have been resolved. Ensuring people's names are spelt correctly when they are listed in the calendar invite.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit helps me quickly summarize calls with candidates, reducing the need for manual form completion.

  ### 14. President

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laurie P. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

It will automate things that are manual saving us time. It improves quality of candidate knowledge because we capture full discussions. It allows us to do things we were not doing but want to.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I Would love to see them add a power dialer and text

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating document prep so that it just needs to be tweaked and sent out. Eliminates lost notes from conversations that never get entered!

  ### 15. Stay Fully Present on Calls with CoRecruit’s Effortless Note-Taking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

CoRecruit enables me to be fully present in the telephone call, rather than having to think about also taking notes and potentially missing information.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I am relatively new to using CoRecruit so at present, there isn't anything that's flagging up as a dislike. Occasionally it does take a little longer to process the telephone call, but that's not a huge issue.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to be fully present in the call and the recording ensures I don't miss any information. Not having to type out notes when I'm speaking to people and the overall time saving on admin tasks.

  ### 16. Time Saver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Regan S. | Director/Shareholder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2025

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I’ve been using Corecruit and it’s been a total game changer for me. The note-taking alone has saved me so much time — no more scrabbling around trying to remember what was said on calls. It keeps everything organised, clear and easy to refer back to, which has massively improved my efficiency. Genuinely one of the most useful tools I’ve added to my recruitment process.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

It doesnt record all my calls as I use a different voip system

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit is a fantastic tool that has completely streamlined my workflow. It saves me a lot of time by automatically taking accurate notes during interviews and updating my ATS without any manual input. The customisable templates are a great bonus, and it's helped me stay more focused on candidates instead of admin tasks. Highly recommended for recruiters!

  ### 17. Seamless ATS Integration That Fits Into Our Hiring Workflow

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Integration directly into our ATS system

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Long delay in notes arriving post interview completion. Inability to send calendar invite to schedule bot recording, but rather have to go into application and turn on manually for those I want recorded.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Similar to our prior AI service, note taking and summaries

  ### 18. Spot-On AI Database Notes That Truly Help

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I like that it's easy to see the database notes that I've taken from a call.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I dislike that when I search for a call, sometimes it shows +1 before and it throws off my entire search for that person's phone number

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can’t keep taking notes by hand and remember everything

  ### 19. Huge Time-Saver for Recruiters with Easy-to-Share, Role-Tailored Forms

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brittney D. | Client Delivery Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Super easy to implement. Amazing customer support. It has saved our company so much time! Our recruiters no longer have to take notes and multi-task during conversations with candidates or hiring managers. The forms also make it very easy to format to send over to the client for submittals tailored to the specific roles they are working on which is great!

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The only 'dislike' I can think of is it has not been easy to connect to inbound calls from candidates or clients who call directly, or candidates who missed your call and call back. I do believe they are changing this up and making this feature available for the future which will be great.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are solving the problems of time management, formatting notes to be more professional and concise, and streamlining communication.

  ### 20. Extremely Helpful Time Management That Speeds Up Recruiting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren C. | Talent Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Extremely beneficial for time management in Recruiting if you use Bull Horn. Time frame for recruiting has gotten at least 50% more efficient, if not more. Customer Support is very prompt and helpful and onboarding was super easy.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

When putting in a new call - sometimes there is a delay or lag when an older meeting is still processing.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The backend work of keeping candidates information in track has always been the most time consuming of the recruiting process. This completely eliminates the back end work and allows myself and my team to work more efficiently.

  ### 21. CoRecruit: Easy to Use and a Huge Time-Saver

Nothing - it's honestly great and I'd highly recommend!

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I use CoRecruit to cut down on admin and get better data. I like the speed and ease of use. I appreciate the time taken to get the right solution during setup.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

When you disconnect a call, you need to also end the meeting, which is a bit inconvenient. The initial setup was hard, although I appreciated the effort to find the right solution.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use CoRecruit to cut down on admin and get better data, addressing issues like not logging data.

  ### 23. CoRecruit Streamlines Outreach with Loxo Integration, AI Features, and Standout Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

CoRecruit has been a really useful tool for streamlining candidate outreach. The integration with Loxo is particularly valuable, alongside the AI features, which help speed up typical manual admin and adds a personalised approach. The video snippet feature is also a great way to add a more human touch to candidate submittals.

The support team stands out tremendously, Karolina and Husnain are always quick to respond and extremely helpful, which makes using the platform day to day much easier.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

For obvious reasons Co-Recruit does not join private meetings - however we can patch this in ourselves manually which works great when we need it!

The support team is very responsive and quick to help resolve anything that comes up, and the platform continues to evolve and improve.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit helps us streamline candidate outreach and engagement while keeping everything aligned with our CRM. The integration with Loxo means communication activity is automatically captured, which reduces manual admin and keeps our records accurate.

It also makes scaling personalised outreach much easier through AI-assisted messaging and video snippets, allowing us to maintain a more human approach while improving efficiency across our search processes.

  ### 24. Efficient Follow-Ups, Slightly Tricky Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lindsay C. | Director of Recruiting, Accounting & Finance-Shared Services , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I love how CoRecruit helps me with the follow-up materials it puts together after my meetings, which saves me time. The ability to upload a resume and job description for candidate interviews and have the system automatically create a candidate submittal is incredibly helpful. It also captures key information shared by candidates, which I can include in follow-up emails. I found the initial setup to be very easy.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The prompt function capability is not as user-friendly as ChatGPT, it takes a little more finesse to get out of it what I want.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use CoRecruit to capture critical data during conversations, saving me time. It automates follow-up materials and candidate submittal, enhancing efficiency in meetings and interviews.

  ### 25. Corecruit Captures Candidate Discussions and Summarizes Key Details Beautifully

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel I. | Associate Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I don't really take note anymore. Corecruit is great at capturing our discussions with potential candidates and organizing the information. It nicely summarizes the info and captures what is important.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Setting up the templates just right to organize the information correctly has been a little challenging.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to spend more time listening to the candidates and not note taking. Corecruit summarizes the information nicely and this can be used to create client reports easily.

  ### 26. Improves Call Documentation and CRM Accuracy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The ability to record and revisit candidate conversations improves documentation accuracy and reduces manual note-taking, making CRM updates more consistent and efficient.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The setup process requires selecting prompts and configuring questions, which can add time initially. I’m often away from my laptop, so it would be helpful to know whether there is mobile functionality or an app that supports capturing notes and recordings during calls. Integration with mobile calling tools such as RingCentral would further improve flexibility.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using CoRecruit, capturing detailed candidate conversations and maintaining consistent CRM notes required manual effort and important details could be missed. Now we can review conversations for accuracy, improve documentation quality, and ensure records are complete and consistent, which helps streamline our recruiting workflow.

  ### 27. Accurate Notes and Flawless Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I'm definitely impressed with the accuracy of the notes. After conversations. The integrations with other systems seem to be flawless as well.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Integrations with other systems are flawless when they work properly. However, that did take some trouble shooting to get there. I don't think the system is as intuitive when you first use it. After meeting with a trainer I definitely got a better feel for it.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit is helping me save time and energy for writing notes and summaries.

  ### 28. Simple and Amazing Time-Saver

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

It's very simple and an amazing time saver!

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Once you put the 10 hours in up front to set up your system and scripts and all, it's such an amazing plug and chug. Literally saves me 25 minutes / call and improves my submission quality by probably 50% on average. I'm so thankful for this!

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reuces time spent in post-call review preparing candidate submissions.

It highly increases the likelihood that a good candidate will be placed because my notes are 2x as good and Quil helps me synthesize it in my own style.

  ### 29. Time-Saving and Accurate Recruitment Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariam G. | Executive Recruiter, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2025

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I have been using Quil for recruitment submissions, and overall, it has been a very positive experience. Once the initial setup and prompts were customized to my preferences, Quil significantly reduced the time needed to generate submissions and update our internal ATS. The tool is accurate, precise, and integrates well with our workflow, including handling candidate CVs and job descriptions safely.

I especially appreciate that it can be trained for different types of roles and reused across multiple positions, making it very efficient. Compared to other AI transcription and note-taking tools I have used, Quil feels more tailored for recruitment, reliable, and easy to use. I had more than 90 calls and generated around 20 submissions.

I also want to highlight the exceptional customer support from Ahmad Ali. He was always responsive, patient, and proactive in helping me optimize prompts, troubleshoot issues, and fully understand the system. His guidance made the adoption process much smoother and gave me confidence in using Quil effectively.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The main challenge with Quil is the initial setup and training. It takes some time to create meeting types, customize prompts, and get familiar with how the system works.

Also, certain workflows, like phone call transcription via Zoom, were not fully tested on my side, so there is some uncertainty about how it perform in those scenarios.

Additionally, I would like to see a desktop app that allows for easy addition and removal of the bot from meetings.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quil solves the time-consuming and repetitive tasks involved in recruitment submissions and note-taking. By automatically generating interview notes, syncing them to the ATS, and creating candidate submissions, it reduces manual work and ensures accuracy. It also allows me to customize prompts and meeting types for different roles, so I get consistent and precise outputs that match my preferences. This saves me significant time, improves efficiency, and allows me to focus on higher-value activities like candidate engagement and decision-making.

  ### 30. Easy to set up, simple to use, and great support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan W. | Internal Talent & Development Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2025

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

During our trial, we’ve found Quil to be a great product. The setup and integration with our ATS and calendars was straightforward - we were up and running quickly. The system itself is really intuitive – it feels easy to use and simple to make changes ourselves without needing extra help. The support team also checked in with us mid-trial to answer questions, which was much appreciated.

I like how detailed and specific the notes are compared with other transcription tools, which often only provide fairly generic summaries.

I was impressed with the follow-up material Quil produced – things like candidate introductions and interview feedback write-ups were clear, well-structured, and to the standard we currently produce.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

There were only one or two teething problems during the trial, but nothing that the support team we not able to resolve or help us with.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Detailed notes not being recorded on the ATS – having this done automatically for us is a huge benefit. It ensures consistency across the team, saves time on admin, and means we can focus more on conversations with candidates and clients rather than typing up notes.

**Reviewed by:** Steve W. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2025

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I need an accurate notetaker for meetings and interviews. Quil has been very easy to set up and integrates well with my existing systems. It works effectively and unobtrusively on my voice calls and video meetings. Most of my calls last 30 mnutes or so, but Quil accurately transcribes them in about 30 seconds.

There are a load of features I've yet to fully explore, including bespoke scripts and output formats to suit specific call types and subject matter and I'm confident these will add value in time.

The onboarding process and support from the Quil team was excellent too.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I've experienced no downsides barring a lack of direct integration with my CRM system, though as my CRM is a small and rather niche one that's to be expected and not really an issue.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quil enables me to give my full attention to video meetings: I'm no longer spending half the time scribbling. I also now have an accurate and legible record of my calls to a great deal of detail, rather than pages of scribbled shorthand. I can summarise the output and reformat it according to what I need it for.

  ### 49. Recruitment-Centered Automation with Top-Tier Support That Keeps Getting Better!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

What I like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil) is how recruitment-centered the platform is. The automations have been unmatched so far compared to other similar tools we’ve come across—they genuinely streamline our workflow and save us time.

On top of that, the customer service has been top-tier. Ademir is practically my best friend now! His responses are always timely, he’s incredibly easy to talk to, and his instructions are simple, clear, and direct. That combination makes all the difference.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

While every tool inevitably has that wish list of features you’d love to see, honestly, Quill has continuously surprised me. Whenever I’ve thought, "It would be great if it could do this," more often than not, it’s already in development or appears in the next update.

What really stands out is their openness to adapt and their willingness to challenge themselves to deliver higher-level solutions. They don’t just rest on what works—they actively look for ways to improve. That mindset makes them different, and it’s hard to genuinely dislike a platform that listens and evolves the way they do.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First, the automated feeding of data into our Loxo database has eliminated hours of manual entry. Information flows seamlessly from sourcing to tracking without us having to lift a finger—no duplicate work, no human error, just clean, organized data. This keeps our pipeline accurate and up to date without administrative drag.

Second, the summarized interview calls have been an absolute game changer. Instead of jumping between notes, recordings, and screens, we get clear, digestible summaries that capture everything we need. It omits so many additional steps in the process and lets us move faster on decisions without sacrificing quality.

Together, these solutions save us time, reduce friction, and allow us to focus on what actually matters—connecting great talent with great opportunities.
