## CoRecruit (formerly Quil) Reviews
 ### 1. Faster Executive Search with Seamless CoRecruit Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The ability to fully integrate and embed CoRecruit into our executive search process has allowed our speed to increase not just at the front end, but throughout the project. The support we have received during the onboarding process has meant we have been able to tailor the platform to our needs more quickly.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

There is nothing that has been flagged as a negative feature outright, but the complexity/depth of features within the platform means that full integration across the team will take some time to achieve, especially when used in conjunction wit our CRM.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The quality of insight gathered from initial calls through to more in-depth interviews has increased, and it provides more consistency in our notes across the business rather than relying on pen and paper notes or poor-quality transcription that then requires another round of summarising. It will help fast-track trend recognition in business development calls by highlighting information we would have otherwise missed.

 ### 2. Efficient Note-Taking and Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Will G. | PBU Accounting Intern, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I like that CoRecruit (formerly Quil) is integrated with what I use for RingCentral. It's very easy to just automatically go on my phone for RingCentral and then also be able to go on a Zoom meeting, Teams meeting, whatnot. So I like the integratability with it all. It's very helpful with being able to not have to write down notes myself and being able to get a summary of the call. 90% of the time that's enough. Sometimes I gotta go back in the transcript or even just using their AI feature to surface what information I need from my calls. But, like, it saves me a bunch of time. It works with everything that I would take calls on, whether it's a client call or a candidate screening call, having that all tracked and taken notes of is very valuable.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I think that the integration with other apps could be better. Like, I built my own custom CRM, so I'd like to get more integration with that. I also think that the summary call notes could be better and a little more tailored. Now, I probably just haven't tweaked around with it enough. But that's just what comes top of mind.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use CoRecruit for note-taking during calls, which helps me not have to write notes myself. It saves me a lot of time with call summaries and tracking when and what conversations I had.

 ### 3. Accurate Conversation Summaries and Seamless Loxo CRM Mobile App Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Corey S. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I like how accurately it tracks what’s being said and then provides a clear summary of the conversations I have. I also appreciate that it has a mobile app tied to our CRM, Loxo, which makes everything feel very seamless.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Sometimes it takes a while to process conversations. It’s also been buggy at times and, on a case-by-case basis, hasn’t worked as expected. When you use it daily, though, consistency and being able to trust that the product will work are really important.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like that I don’t have to take notes during my recruiting calls.

 ### 4. Gets the job done and speeds up our hiring process

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

It’s pretty straightforward to use and does what we need it to do. Recording calls is reliable and the quality is solid, which is really the main thing we care about. It didn’t take long for our team to get used to it, and support has been quick to respond when we’ve had questions. Overall it just works without much hassle.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The main downside for us is the pricing, it feels a bit expensive for what it does. It would also be nice to have a few more features or customization options, especially around organizing and finding recordings. Nothing major, but those are the main things we’ve noticed.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helping us speed up the whole process of submitting video interviews. Before, it took more time to record, organize, and send everything over, but now it’s a lot quicker and more streamlined. That’s made things easier for our team and helps us move candidates through faster.

 ### 5. Boosted Productivity and Enhanced Candidate Engagement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I really appreciate how CoRecruit has increased our productivity by allowing us to provide detailed notes while being more present during candidate interviews. It's great that we no longer have to manually take notes, which means we foster better relationships. I like that we can tailor all meeting types, prompts, and outputs to suit our needs, and it's very easy to do so. The notes are structured in the exact format we want, and the follow-up materials, like client briefs and interview preparation docs, are detailed and consistent. Additionally, their support team is very responsive. The initial setup was very easy, which contributed to a smooth transition.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

We have had a few tech issues that can be disruptive. One person had a Microsoft and CoRecruit integration issue, it lasted for 2+ weeks but it only happened once.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit boosts our productivity by allowing us to be more present during interviews, fostering better relationships. We no longer have to manually take notes, and it's easy to tailor notes and follow-up materials to our needs, in structured and consistent formats.

 ### 6. Efficient Interview Summarizer with a Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark D. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I use CoRecruit (formerly Quil) primarily to prepare written candidate submittals after Zoom and phone interviews. CoRecruit listens to my interviews and writes fairly accurate summaries / candidate submittals that can be sent directly to the client with minor editing. This is a big time saver. Additionally, the tech support from CoRecruit is very accessible, responsive and effective, making the setup and adoption process fairly painless.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

There is a learning curve, and I am still on it. That said, this is on me - not them. The team at CoRecruit schedules meetings with you to teach you / coach you to make sure you are getting the most from the product. They are very helpful, and clearly have a culture that values client success.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit is an AI automation tool that saves me time. It listens to my interviews and efficiently writes summaries / candidate submittals that can be sent directly to clients with minor edits.

 ### 7. Enhancing both the recruitment and candidate experience - being present on calls.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam E. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

We worked with Ali Sabir who helped us understand the product and answered questions throughout our trial period.
CoRecruit's been great to have a notetaker specifically catered to the jobs we're recruiting for. I can now actively listen and engage on the phone with candidates rather than race to type notes during a call.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

It integrates with our CRM, but there's still room to improve - for example having to upload a resume to both our CRM and CoRecruit separately.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's very convenient on calls at the desk, knowing our notes will be there in our writing style. It also allows us to take calls on the road.

 ### 8. Helpful Call Notes and Summaries

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul N. | Associate Director - Executive Search, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

teams call notes. has enabled me to focus more on the actual conversation, rather than worry about scribbling everything down. has been a very helpful tool that summarises well.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I am not a huge fan of phone calls being recorded. I think it is a bit orwellian. With teams calls, it feels more reasonable and transparent, it is to be able to give more eye contact. It is helpful though having phone calls recorded, particularly key ones where you need to retain information

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it is saving me time with note taking, and also the ai summaries enable us to make candidate reports more quickly.

 ### 9. Systematic Conversation Processing with Flexible Default Layouts and integration with EZEKIA

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul K. | Owner/Consultant executive search, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Systematic processing of conversations, such as candidate interviews, business development calls, and similar discussions. Especially the default layouts you can use and alter to your own specific situation.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The way planned calls are presented isn’t very clear, and the interface feels a bit confusing overall. It would be much easier to use if calls weren’t shown strictly day by day, but instead displayed as all calls scheduled for the coming week, for example.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, I was taking notes manually, and I’m pretty sure some things got lost in translation. After CoRecruit was implemented, that issue was clearly resolved. Another important improvement was the integration with EZEKIA!

 ### 10. Quil Streamlines Recruitment Workflow and Boosts Daily Productivity

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lee M. | Head of Research | Private Equity, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I operate on a senior delivery basis in a small executive search boutique, with exacting clients in PE/VC/listed environments. Quil has basically eliminated the most tiresome elements of candidate interview and administrative work - note taking and automatically uploading these to our ATS in chosen template/format. It also updates salary info automatically. We also use the Chrome plugin for phone calls, which functions well. Implementation was relatively easy, with a verification call through our VoIP system through the ATS. Customer support has been easy to access and enthusiastic (despite the time zone difference). Most of us in the business use the service daily for client calls and candidate work.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The downsides are being addressed, but for me have included the quality of the AI notetaker itself, in terms of summarising calls and cutting out key information, which compared with other services we had used was not as fleshed out. I also found the interface on their website quite basic for some time, but they have recently changed the layout, making it easier to search through calls, add video snippets to shortlists for clients, and use a new AI LLM to pull selected information from each call. I only expect these aspects to continue being developed in due course.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Per staff member, several hours have been reclaimed per week from admin and ATS tasks, which we can now focus on value add work. It ensures our database is much more fully up to date and we aren't leaving useful information on the table during busy periods. We can also create a template for each role we work on, with prompts, to ensure the right data is being pulled form the calls, which we can then refine.

 ### 11. Highly Accurate Translations with Naturally Organized Summaries

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt L. | VP of Talent Acquisition, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The translation is highly accurate unlike other tools we've tried. It aggregates the information in a natural order and not a stream of consciousness. E.g. if you reference salary requirements multiple times in a call, all references are bundled together in the outputs.

Manoel Lino our CSM has been stellar

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

No downsides yet. We started trialing this week across the team and while we are still getting used to it's full capabilities there are no downsides to speak of.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to pay more attention during calls and worry less about capturing notes. It streamlines our process across the team by documenting conversations for later reference, and it helps ensure candidate submittals to clients are consistently stamped out, among other related tasks.

 ### 12. CoRecruit Transformed My Workflow—Easy, Time-Saving, and Now a Daily Essential

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul T. | Director / Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Having been in recruitment for 20 years, admin and note-taking have always been the biggest time drains. CoRecruit have changed the game here. It's so easy to use and has become part of my daily toolkit, freeing up so much time for the human element of recruiting, which I love!

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Actually nothing. I just wish it were here sooner.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trying to take notes and being fully concentrated on a call is a hard skill to master. CoRecruit allows you to be more present in discussions & gives you peace of mind that you will not miss anything. Vital for any recruiter who is meticulous about the details to provide a good service to clients and candidates.

 ### 13. Effortless Call Management, Needs Better Transcription

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sharon W. | President and COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I really appreciate that Quil records, transcribes, and summarizes my calls fairly accurately, which is a huge plus. It's great that I can collect snippets of interviews to add to client submittals. Using Quil frees up a ton of my time and reduces stress, as I don't have to take handwritten notes and later add them to my ATS/CRM. I love the peace of mind knowing the recordings are there for clarification. It's also fantastic that it works with my Google Voice number, which many other AI bots do not. Plus, it integrates perfectly with my ATS/CRM.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The transcription is about 50-60% accurate and it adds in a lot of things that aren't said, mostly like 'alright', and 'Um' and such. I'm still trying to learn how to better get it to pick up on my questions and 100% accurately collect that information. Also, the initial setup wasn't that bad, but I can't say it was easy and painless.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quil frees me from taking handwritten notes and reduces my stress by recording, transcribing, and summarizing calls. It saves time and provides peace of mind knowing I can always refer back to recordings for clarification. Plus, it integrates with my Google Voice.

 ### 14. Accurate Transcriptions, Efficient Call Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charlie T. | Research Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I find the transcription feature very accurate and the summaries it generates always capture the conversation really well. It means I don't have to do any post-call admin work because I trust it to have recorded the call, summarized it well, and uploaded it to our database. The ability to record phone calls is most important as we do a lot of them and could lose important information if calls are not recorded and saved in the database. The initial setup was pretty easy and our Account Manager, Ali, walked us through it very well.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The follow-up materials sometimes aren't the best and are not how we usually would write up candidates.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

n/a

 ### 15. Saves Time on Meeting Notes, but Zoom Auto-Setup Needs Clearer Guidance

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

It removes the task of writing notes which saves time but also means that for longer meetings, you don't miss any information that you may have forgotten.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Onboarding was pretty simple but didnt explain the way to set up Zoom calls automatically which is the main reason we use it

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Admin time is hugely down due to how well it writes notes

 ### 16. Seamless ATS Integration That Fits Into Our Hiring Workflow

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Integration directly into our ATS system

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Long delay in notes arriving post interview completion. Inability to send calendar invite to schedule bot recording, but rather have to go into application and turn on manually for those I want recorded.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Similar to our prior AI service, note taking and summaries

 ### 17. Efficient Follow-Ups, Slightly Tricky Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lindsay C. | Director of Recruiting, Accounting & Finance-Shared Services , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I love how CoRecruit helps me with the follow-up materials it puts together after my meetings, which saves me time. The ability to upload a resume and job description for candidate interviews and have the system automatically create a candidate submittal is incredibly helpful. It also captures key information shared by candidates, which I can include in follow-up emails. I found the initial setup to be very easy.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The prompt function capability is not as user-friendly as ChatGPT, it takes a little more finesse to get out of it what I want.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use CoRecruit to capture critical data during conversations, saving me time. It automates follow-up materials and candidate submittal, enhancing efficiency in meetings and interviews.

 ### 18. Improves Call Documentation and CRM Accuracy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The ability to record and revisit candidate conversations improves documentation accuracy and reduces manual note-taking, making CRM updates more consistent and efficient.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The setup process requires selecting prompts and configuring questions, which can add time initially. I’m often away from my laptop, so it would be helpful to know whether there is mobile functionality or an app that supports capturing notes and recordings during calls. Integration with mobile calling tools such as RingCentral would further improve flexibility.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using CoRecruit, capturing detailed candidate conversations and maintaining consistent CRM notes required manual effort and important details could be missed. Now we can review conversations for accuracy, improve documentation quality, and ensure records are complete and consistent, which helps streamline our recruiting workflow.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use CoRecruit for recruitment, helping me by recording calls and turning recordings into call notes, which I can send to clients, streamlining the process.

**Reviewed by:** Alex H. | Senior Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Saving me loads of admin time and allowing me to focus fully on the conversation at hand.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

It was a little tricky to get set up with my FireFish account, but that was more an issue on my side than entirely CoRecruit's fault.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time Management. I now only need half an hour for a half an hour call, not 45mins. I'm also understanding my candidates better because I'm able to focus on the conversation.

I really like CoRecruit for its ability to automatically transcribe calls, which allows me to review the details anytime after the call. The initial setup was also pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The system goes down every once in a while. It would be helpful to have backups in place to recover recordings.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use CoRecruit to handle recruiting calls efficiently by automatically transcribing them, which solves the problem of typing or writing during the call. This way, I can review details anytime afterward, making the process smoother.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Unsure, I don't use it enough as i am the recruitment coordinator

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the admin burden for the consultants. CoRecruit actually saves the transcript in to a template also.

 ### 25. Efficient Note-Taking and VOIP Solution with Great Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allister D. | Founder & Director

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I really appreciate Quil's automated note-taking feature, which promises to save me at least 5 hours a week. This is a significant time-saving improvement compared to my previous experiences. I also find Quil's meeting follow-ups feature particularly useful as it helps me in converting candidate screening notes into document form efficiently. Additionally, I like the integration with Bullhorn, which has posed no challenges for me and operates smoothly with Quil. The combination of note-taking and VOIP calling capabilities in one platform is impressive, offered at a more competitive price compared to using some competitors separately. Furthermore, the customer service provided by Quil is excellent, as exemplified by the helpful assistance from Shehlale and Mani during the setup process.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I find Quil's integration with third-party VOIP technology limiting. I would prefer Quil to develop and offer its own VOIP technology. **Reviewed by:** Michelle K. | Global Executive Recruiter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Seamless Integration:
Quil integrates smoothly with our existing tools and workflows, which significantly improves our productivity.

Insightful Analytics:
I really appreciate the analytics dashboard. It offers actionable insights and helps track performance trends effectively.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkflowFragmented Communication Tools
Before Quil, managing communication across multiple platforms was inefficient and prone to misalignment. Switching between tools for video calls, analytics, and integrations led to wasted time and missed insights.

Poor Call Reliability in Other Solutions
Other conferencing platforms we used were inconsistent in call quality, causing disruptions in meetings and affecting productivity and client experience.

Lack of Visibility into Team Engagement and Performance
We didn’t have a centralized way to analyse communication trends, engagement, or meeting effectiveness. Decisions were based on guesswork instead of data.

It's convenient to use, and interface is user friendly, you can navigate the website with ease. We got Quil around May 2025 ad we were able to integrate it to our ATS without any problems. The team at Quil are very helpful and able to assist us in our queries, concerns, and clarifications. We don't even have to think of any AI prompts as they will be the one to do that on our behalf, we just have to send them set of questions for different types of roles that we usually interview and their team will set it up for us. The summary of the interview is prompted as we requested it to be, it automatically records notes on our ATS and I can prompt the AI to answer other specific questions asked during the interview that was not included in the interview summary, without any limits as to how many prompt I could make. We use Quil at our every candidate interviews, job briefings with client, and even internal meetings. It's easily integrated into our calendars as well, and has customizable AI bot background.
