My favorite feature is Crosstab analysis. You can get almost limitless outputs of information. You can compare a number of topics and filter them by a number of themes at the same time. There are so many possibilities beyond this. What do you dislike about Quid? Like any tool, the limitation of not being able to pull data from some social media platforms makes it hard to quantify customer digital behaviors for those platforms. NetBase provides multiple methods for creating filters and themes, in order to segment your data with great precision. It's easy to get started with creating topics for new brands and competitors. Sometimes sampling through the decahose can miss some of the more valuable posts. The ability to track owned versus earned media (Converged metrics), variety of filters, and the dashboards are user friendly. In general, Netbase's user interface outperforms other tools. I feel the data comes to life quicker within Netbase. I also always find their annual conference to be extremely helpful in connecting with professionals and gaining insights on best practices. YouTube metrics are no longer aggregated with other sources. I also wish these tools could track Instagram stories. In all fairness, other social listening tools (non-engagement platforms) I've used do not. With Netbase we are able to solve our clients needs for quick turn around reports. Crisis reports are easier when building out dashboards first. Campaign analysis & measurement reporting is more insightful. Netbase has the best audience analysis that I have used. Audience analysis within any tool is often difficult and clunky. NetBase is a great tool for monitoring and listening to your brand on an ongoing basis. Filters and themes help you slice and dice the data so you can really dig into the information. Additionally, NetBase provides certified themes that contain industry or category related keywords to help you further analyze the data as needed. What do you dislike about Quid? There is a learning curve and if you're not in the tool on a regular basis it could be difficult to pickup.
