What I like best about Quickvee is that it’s built specifically for smoke and vape shops, not generic retail. The age verification, compliance controls, and detailed employee tracking are all part of the system by default, which removes a lot of daily stress. It gives clear visibility into inventory and staff activity, helps maintain consistency across shifts, and makes checkout faster and more reliable. There isn’t anything major to dislike so far. Like any powerful system, it takes a little time for staff to get fully comfortable with all the features, especially at the beginning. What problems is Quickvee solving and how is that benefiting you? Quickvee is solving very real, day-to-day problems that generic POS systems don’t handle well for smoke and vape shops. Before Quickvee, managing age-restricted products, large inventories, and staff activity was difficult and inconsistent. With Quickvee, everything is structured and controlled. Age verification is built into the checkout flow, inventory is accurate and easy to manage even with thousands of SKUs, and employee actions like discounts and overrides are clearly tracked. This has helped us reduce mistakes at the counter, improve staff accountability, and speed up checkout.
