It keeps on-ground data collection fast and reliable. **What do you dislike about QuickTapSurvey?** I don’t have major dislikes, but adding more design customization options and smoother management for multiple surveys would make it even better. **What problems is QuickTapSurvey solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use QuickTapSurvey to capture lead data and customer feedback easily and efficiently, even offline, syncing everything quickly to our CRM. It is a system that has been able to solve for us to be able to create surveys and thus be able to receive favorable or negative responses from our clients in this way to improve our network within the company to give better support, capacity or improve our services, we are very happy because the tool has been very simple, we have not had to ask any type of extra questions because everything is very well explained so it makes the job faster. **What do you dislike about QuickTapSurvey?** Personally, I think that the system works correctly and in general in the company it has been a very useful tool, so saying that something is wrong or negative is incoherent because it has worked very well, with results obtained have been favorable No negative points regarding the creation, editing or sending of the surveys I like how it continues to improve. **Recommendations to others considering QuickTapSurvey:** In short, I recommend it because it has worked offering favorable results and has achieved different responses.
