It integrates really well into our program and has helped streamline many of our daily operations, from attendance to grading and communication. The platform performs reliably, which is essential for us as an online-based program. We also really appreciate their online support—it’s responsive, helpful, and makes a big difference when we need assistance. One area that could be improved is the form creation feature. It is quick, easy to use, has many features that I use, and the price is great. The customer service is consistent and reliable with well versed assistants and near 24/7 help. The system could use a little upgrade for uploading data as it struggles with large excel imports and needs to be broken up or manually entered. The customer support is very quick and helpful. I use this program on a regular basis and have learned to manage only some of the features. While it does have a bit of a learning curve, once you get used to it, I find it easy to navigate and use.
