**What do you like best about QuickPlumb?**

It has a great design an estimating program.

**What do you dislike about QuickPlumb?**

I bought this program a few years ago. It is crap. If it wasnt so buggy it could be a decent program. But it locks up all the time and you lose your work. The customer service number is an answering machine and nobody ever calls you back. This program was created for windows 95 and has never been updated to work properly with newer systems. Today I just lost 4 hours of work because it locked and and asked if i wanted to open up the file that crashed. I said yes and it overwritten my file that I saved prior to the crash. After it opened it was blank with my empty floor plan.

**What problems is QuickPlumb solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It measures pipe and helps estimate new homes
