This is saving as a lot of time, when working on pricing related topics. When thinking about implementing new features, we can always rely on the customer support team, which is supporting us during frequent meeting and can also be contacted on short notice. For implementing new features, the tool provides an easy to use UI and a comprehensable logic. **What do you dislike about Quicklizard?** When trying to retrace pricing results, which partly rely on custom rules, you have to dig deep into the tool, to really understand the results. **What problems is Quicklizard solving and how is that benefiting you?** - competitive pricing for increasing our market share - insights regarding the market development which benefits our general strategy - taking product cost into consideration, which keeps our margins on track - quality of life improvements to decrease manual adjustments and saving us time ### 2. We can adjust so much more in our pricing strategies right now and in the future. We like the product very much and are happy about a really great customer service. The Implementation-process was also really good. We had almost no delay and just a few problems to overcome. Dehner is a really complex company, but the guys at Quicklizard understood the strangest demand. **What do you dislike about Quicklizard?** We have already a wonderful Account Manager at Quicklizard, but if Yonatan could speak german, we would be at 110% satisfaction. We have a little bit of trouble to make things clear in english, because of the high grade of complexity. But until now, everything works great and it's also good for our colleagues to learn a better english. **What problems is Quicklizard solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have several big brands and all of them need some kind of indivdual rule-sets for pricing in the future. A great thing is, that we can setup almost every pricingstragy we can imagine. And we can do it by ourself in a very simple to use system. We are faster to react on the Market and are now able to price Products on other KPIs as the Competitor-Price.
