As a web-based transcription business, we’ve all sorts of people—mostly, students and job offering companies—to frequently communicate with. QuickFMS’ ticket-based system enabled us to keep track of all the newly-arrived and pending jobs and problems with the concerned parties. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about QuickFMS? Even though the software integrated well with our CRM system, but I think it needs a little more touch-up on the UX front to reduce the number of clicks for achieving a task completed.
